Mike explained everything very thoroughly, he was professional, knowledgable and reliable. Something on our heater was leaking and he came right away and replaced the part. A few days later there was more leaking from a different part--he came early the next morning to replace the leaking valve. Would certainly recommend to everyone and I am sure will call again. What more could you ask for? Just Peace of Mind!

I would choose Peace of Mind Plumbing & Heating over and over again after my first experience with them. I needed my hot water heater to be replaced and a lot of companies I asked needed me to look for a carpenter since the door frame would also need to be removed and put back again. When I contacted PMPH Mike was able to quickly provide me with an estimate over the phone and he came the same day to replace the water heater. What's great is that he was very careful about the door frame and even tried to put it back on after he was done. I wasn't there for the job, but my tenants were very impressed with him.

Later, I forgot to pay my invoice, and Mike gave me a call as a gentle reminder. I felt so bad that I forgot, so I must've sounded a bit distressed on the phone, Mike kindly asked me if there's anything I like to talk about. I was really touched by his kindness and understanding. In this day and age, it's hard to find people that not only excel at what they do, but are also just really down to earth people! That's why I would highly recommend PMPH to my friends and family =D!
