We used them a few times and they did the job well. Next time, they couldn't complete work, charged a lot & provided the name of another company to complete the work. Fine. But before the other company came, had to have a huge flood to find out this company did not reconnect the pipe from the sink to the drain. Ok, so I left messages. No word all weekend after multiple messages/texts. Monday they called back like it was no big deal. They were away for the weekend! I had already had another plumber repair they connection. They adjusted the bill but still was left with repainting, drying out, etc.

On the recommendation of a friend, I called PoMP when my water heater sprang a leak during the night and I woke up to flooding. Whitt came and fixed it very quickly and efficiently and wore a mask, which was important to me. The price was fair and I will call them again next time a need a plumber. NOTE: the last plumber I had didn't want to crawl under my mobile home to work on my plumbing. So I asked Whitt if he had any problem working on/under trailers and he said no problem.

Michael is very pleasant and professional to have in your home. Responds quickly to requests for service and gets you on schedule. Had other plumbers tell me expensive fixtures needed to be replaced. Michael repaired them inexpensively, saving hundreds of dollars. Have used him a few times and have always been very happy with results. Highly recommended.

Have used this company in the past to replace a water heater, but just needed their service again for a gas leak. Michael came the next day after I called, then again later that day after he had a cancellation. What should have been a multiple day process was fixed in one. And on top of that, he's an extremely nice guy. Fair price and great service. Would highly recommend to everyone with plumbing needs!
