Michael stopped by for a diagnostic and clearly explained what could be the issue and what to watch out for. He gave us a ""peace of mind"" that there most likely isn't a big problem with our new construction set up.

Michael (and his assistant Tom) did a wonderful job installing our new water heater, a handsome medium-dark gray Rheem 40 gallon lowboy. It's clear that these two men have done this many times before and know exactly what they're doing, and they work nicely together as a team, as well. One notable example of how Michael wants the customer to understand what is going on, was when Tom remarked to me that one of my gas valves leading to the old water heater wasn't functioning. Lest I think that the valve might have been leaking methane into the basement the entire time that the water heater wasn't functioning, Michael made it a point to clarify and tell me that the valve or the pipe it was attached to, though non-operational, only started to actually leak once they opened it moments before as part of their work. And when the job was done I saw that they had replaced the old decrepit valve with a new one.

I had a nice moment with Tom, as well, as he worked under my kitchen sink and I expressed regret about some small item that I should have done in preparation for their visit. But I must say that Tom immediately assuaged my concern and told me earnestly not to worry about it. I really thought his patient, understanding attitude spoke very well of him.

Last, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Michael's wonderful attitude in working with us regarding payment. We weren't able to make the full payment initially and let me simply say that Mike's attitude and level of cooperation really puts him a full cut above many others.

I highly recommend PEACE OF MIND PLUMBING & HEATING!

Can't say enough nice things about them. We just moved in to our new house and had a whole host of plumbing problems. After running through a couple of other plumbers who weren't able to get the job done, Peace of Mind came in and took care of everything, even problems we hadn't noticed originally. October 4th - yesterday day I had peace of mind plumbing come and change out a water turn off valve that was beyond its use- in my basement- the valve turns off the water for front and rear spickets
I was greeted by Michael and his assistant plumber,the job done almost instantly and with great care-
The price was well in a good budget range, Michael explained they carry parts on the truck. in closing to have a efficient plumber for repairs and very polite and courteous guys ,peace of mind deserves my high regards thanks guys.

I hired Michael to install a reverse osmosis filtration system. He is extremely competent, polite, responsive and priced competitively. Not only was he able to get the project completed quickly, he was able to answer questions that I had about the system post-installation and was always prompt and knowledgeable. Strongly recommend.

Had a few problems - clogged shower drain, broken toilet, flooded basement. I reached out on Yelp and they responded quickly. I chose them over another place because it was so easy to schedule an appointment.
They arrived on time and I showed them the problems. They explained each solution with good detail and then got to work. Before I knew it, they were finished. Everything works great now. I will definitely be calling them again next time something comes up.

I needed a plumber to put in a new faucet handle.
I read all the numerous reviews, and Plummer Mike, from Peace of Mind Plumbing, stood above all of the others.

Mike and his handy helper came today - he was better than advertised, if that was possible. Bets Plummer ever!

He came on time and put a sparkling new handle.
When asked if we needed a new faucet to compliment the new handle, he stated that ""a new one would cost about $450, and that ours was fine, and he would keep it. i
He was cordial, wonderfully efficient, and even seemed apologetic about the very low fee. He could have charged more for certain. He is honest, friendly, and reigns supreme among all the other plumbers.


I would give him 10 stars if I could. He is tops!

They came in today to do several jobs. When I first contacted them I got a remarkably quick response. They came down the next day to look it over an I had a quote that evening. They showed up today on time. The work was well done and they went out of their way to minimize damage to my walls and ceiling. The cost was very reasonable. They definitely over-delivered and I would not hesitate to use them again.
