PDS was able to get someone out the next day after giving them a call. I was without my air conditioner for two days in the Central Valley heat and Andrew came to our rescue! He did an amazing job. He found the issue right away and had the part in his truck to replace it. Also he let us know that there wasn't any earthquake straps on our unit and he put them on for us without any hesitation. He also checked out refrigerant levels to make sure our unit was running at its full potential. He gave us other advice to strengthen the stability of the unit on our roof which we will do as soon as possible. Andrew is very knowledgeable and works quickly and efficiently. Anytime I call PDS I will request Andrew!!! Thank you PDS!! You're awesome!

PDS Plumbing & Air lived up to their high ratings on Yelp. They promptly responded to my online quote request for installing and hauling a toilet. After clarifying our needs, they offered a quote that was comparable and accurate. They were available when it worked for us, and arrived in a timely manner. Larry was thorough, kind, and informative, while wearing a mask the whole time inside without ever having to ask (thank you!). He completed the work in half the time we were estimating, and exceeded expectations with the quality work--including some details at no extra charge that we didn't consider, but were glad he did! We will definitely work with them in the future. Highly recommend.

Great Service!

Henry was so informative and helpful. He took care of the removal and installation of my dishwasher, faucet, and did a dual-angle stop. The setup was outdated and he made sure I was content with the service. He was also happy to answer a number of questions I had on a couple of other projects/home issues we have.

Requested an appointment and got one the very next day-Highly responsive! Andrew came over to help address an issue with our AC not turning on. He checked out the thermostats, AC unit and proceeded to check to attic for the main controller. Come to find out, condensation had created a puddle and engaged the emergency switch which caused the AC unit to shut down. All this was taught and explained to me in a thorough and easy to understand manner through Andrew. Issue was fixed in a short matter of time. Andrew from PDS helped us regain our comfort in our home as we approached Fresno's Summer triple digit heat. I can not wait to schedule our preventative maintenance with PDS. Great, honest and clean work. Highly recommend!

Had an outside copper pipe crack and went to Yelp late in the evening to find a plumber. Received a quick response from PDS Plumbing. They offered to send a tech out the next morning to diagnose the problem, free of charge. Both my husband and I had to work, but they were still able to go out since the pipe was in the front of the house. The next morning I received a call from a rep, wish I knew his name because he was very polite, and explained everything that needed to be done. I was given a quote I thought to be extremely fair, and agreed to the service. The pipe was fixed before I got home from work. All in all I was nervous about calling a plumber, and getting taken for a ride, but I couldn't be happier with my experience with PDS Plumbing. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever need a plumber.

PDS plumbing and air was the only company out of 4 that I was able to get ahold of today. I explained my bathtub leaking from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor the night before. Jose arrived within an hour. Jose was very patient and took the time to understand and figure out my leak problem. He exceeded all the possible ways to figure out the problem and was polite and friendly. Jose's customer service skills were superb! I appreciate the ease of mind and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure that he assessed all angles of the job.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are extremely quick to respond and provide fast service. I found them here on yelp and I am so glad I did because I will turn to them for any future plumbing and air needs. We wanted to get our AC unit serviced and inspected for the season and and received a good bill of health, however, I questioned it tripping the breaker and they were able to help me out there as well. Next day service is always amazing, but especially when it is 100 degrees outside and your AC keeps turning off. They came and replaced my breaker and also informed me that the breaker we currently had could be unsafe due to it being higher amp than my AC should have. I felt like the prices were more than reasonable and when I found out they were veteran owned and operated that made the experience even better! As veterans we try to always give our service to those that served and continue to serve fellow veterans as well as their community. I would highly recommend them based on my experience, their customer service, and timely communication. Do not hesitate to give them a shot, ask question, and support a local, family and veteran owned and operated company!
