I usually don't write reviews, but my experience with PDS Plumbing made me share.

I had a leaking pipe and contacted two other companies without success. I found PDS Plumbing on Yelp and called them. They arrived within an hour. What seemed like a simple fix it was presented to be complex, with an initial estimate of $1800, later discounted to $1500.

The technician and his helper worked quickly, replacing about 1 foot of PVC pipe and a coupler. They had some issues because they didn't wait for the glue to dry, which required extra work.

I had to leave, and the technician agreed to send an invoice with the final price. However, they Rand the doorbell and asked my wife for a check before leaving, and she paid the $1500.

The next day, I called the manager to discuss the $1500 charge, which I felt was excessive. He offered a 10% credit for future services, which I declined. I got quotes from two other plumbers who estimated the job would cost no more than $350.
I offered PDS to pay $1000 for their prompt service, but the manager made excuses and mentioned a 1-year warranty. He promised to get back to me but never did.

I could have stopped the check but hoped PDS Plumbing would adjust the charge and make it right. Unfortunately, they didn't. This experience felt dishonest, and I wouldn't recommend their services.

I needed a faucet replaced in our shower/tub and asked for a quote through yelp. The response was almost immediate and I was able to have their technician Cesar come and assess the problem. I was on a very tight schedule and they were able to come out the next morning and complete the job in the few hours that I was available. Mario and Luis worked fast and efficiently, getting my approval along the way, since there had to be adjustments made due to the age of my bathroom. I am very happy with the results.

My AC went out on a Friday evening (and it was going to be over 105 all weekend!). Found this company on Yelp, called and a person actually answered the phone! Technician came out as promised Saturday morning, was very polite, helpful and professional. Turned out it was a fuse on the AC - it was replaced and he was gone by 9 am . Will call again when needed!

I had a different vendor come out to ""fix"" my a/c but it didn't go well. I needed someone I could trust that was very knowledgeable and thankfully I found PDS. Vince was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and transparent about the issues and process to fix the issues. They needed parts which got here earlier than expected and Vince worked very late on a Friday evening to make sure we had a working a/c before the hot weekend. Beyond grateful for Vince and PDS. I'd highly recommend to anyone in the Central Valley.

PDS to the rescue!!! We have a family of 5 and Our A/C went out in 110 degree heat. PDS had our A/C tested, troubleshot, fixed, and back up in no time. My water heater stopped working Sunday evening 6/2/24. I placed a call to PDS and they were able to come out for an estimate the next morning. Antonio came out and determined the WH needed replacing. He was very thorough in explaining what the issue was with the heater in addition to it being over 20 years old! He presented all of my options and was in constant communications with the office to get me the documents I needed for review. I was given a quote that was hundreds of dollars less than one from a bigger plumbing chain. After reviewing everything and giving approval, I had a brand new tankless water heater in 4 hours. Tommie came in to look over the work and was very helpful in finishing up. Antonio also discovered a gas leak and I was able to have PG&E come out and fix the issue right away. I highly recommend PDS Plumbing and Air. They were honest and professional and did a great job!
