I reached out this Friday morning requesting a quote for a plumbing issue and two gentlemen showed up by the afternoon. They resolved my problem and were very patient with me as I was asking questions and watching while they worked. COVID19 safety protocols were in place with masks and disinfectant wipes. My upstairs bathroom was leaking (to the point of causing a puddle) I checked Yelp and came across PDS plumbing. I requested a quote and got a very quick response. They sent two guys who were very courteous and respectful. They said they fixed the issue however that afternoon I noticed my bathroom floor wet.

I sent a messaged via Yelp to inform them of the issue and they responded within minutes (ones again). They apologized and scheduled for someone to go first thing the next day.

The same two guys who originally fixed the toilet arrived and figured out the issue. They fixed it in a timely manner with no additional cost.

I hope I don't need a plumber anytime soon but if I do I know I'll be reaching out to PDS plumbing.

None of what you said is true. I know what I asked for and you did not do as I requested. I had my 27 year old son in the house in the next room. He heard the conversation between me and your tech. Your tech also told me he cleaned my filter and my HWH was too old and parts would be an issue, for which I told him parts were at Sears Online. Why would I call you back out to fix my HWH, just so you could lie and charge me more? I checked with Angie's List, you charged me an outrageous price of $150.00 for 30 min just to sandpaper my thermocoupler. The plumbers I called after your tech ""supposedly"" cleaned the filter which was filthy, actually cleaned it and replaced the bad thermocoupler. What an aggregious liar you are. Homeowners Beware of this atrocious company. BTW they are not accredited with the BBB or I would have filed a complaint.

I called PDS plumbing because they had very great reviews. At first I was going to need help with my stand pipe because water would shoot out of it when we would do laundry. This is because I have 100 year old house and had 1/4 inch cast iron pipes instead of the 2 inch pds or abs pipes they use in the houses now. I forgot what they did, but it didn't work so they came back to do a hydro flush. This cost a pretty penny, but it still didn't help. I paid them cash and it didn't fix the problem. Then, my sink started leaking and there was water going under my floors so I asked pds plumbing to help me with that. They sent out a service plumber. I called and told the manager I was going to be at my house late due to getting off late, but when I showed up, the plumber was already here, when he came in, he started working and didn't tell me to move anything on my window s so my west elm vinegar bottle ended up falling into the sink and getting broken. He took money off the repairs, but it came in a pair with the oil bottle so I didn't want to buy the pair again and have 2 oil bottles and one vinegar bottle. He could have told me to move my items before he started. He said he was done, but it was still leaking so he had to come back to fix it because he made a mistake, but I had to take out a line of credit for this. He then came back and fixed it. However, it has been less than a year and my sink is already leaking again! At first, I thought the rain went through the dry wall I haven't gotten a chance to replace, but we took a closer look and it is already leaking from the top of the pipe that was glued together with putty. They sent me an estimate for replacing my drain waste vent in the backyard which would have been close to 2gs and I already spent about that for the other services so I declined and had it completed by someone else. They are timely and responsive and have a good credit program. However, the service they provide is very mediocre and very expensive. I would encourage everyone to shop around for estimates and not just rely on reviews.

Amazing response time for my broken tub handle the weekend before Christmas. Technician Stephen alerted us before his arrival, showed up in the early part of the arrival window, and was very efficient and answered all my husbands questions. Could not be happier with the response and results.

I was able to get three other estimates and PDS Plumbing and Air were able to beat them. Their estimate was fair and honest and the matter of fact the lowest. Frank, co-owner, was able to work with me in getting ""Go-Green"" financing--Thank you Frank. The day of the installation of the air conditioning unit the two men crew were: on timing, equipped, and ready to Rock & Roll--they were very professional. I am a home owner and I have dealt with many contractors PDS Plumbing and Air sure ""takes the cake"". Thank you PDS and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

Although someone was able to come out the same day to inspect the issue, I feel that there was a bit of miscommunication. When calling in we were told that the service fee would be waived should we continue with the repair. Someone came out and we did go through with the repair but were told that we would be charged the service fee too. My husband stated that when we called we were told that it'd be waived but was again told that it would not be waived and we were charged by the hour. I also feel like we were not given any options. We were told that the leak was due to the sprinkler system and the technician suggested cutting off the the sprinkler system. Which we agreed to since he gave no other options and we didn't use that sprinkler system. After he cut even off, we asked him a few more questions and it turned out that the leak from the sprinkler system could have been resolved just with the twist of a lever! Which would cut water off from the sprinklers. Nothing HAD to be cut off. We would only have been charged the service fee but were also charged for the work that the technician did and he was a bit hasty.
