was veryy dissapointed. plumber unable to clear clog. said a lot, of mud in pipe and was going to need a lot ,of, work $$$$, had him stop and paid a ,bill of $165 and still had a clogged drain, Called another plumber and he cleared it in 5 minutes, said it was a simple grease clog and it only costm $65.

I really enjoyed working with these folks when replacing my old water heater with a Navien tankless. The Naviens are super efficient but also pretty high tech. The other companies representatives clearly didn't know the ins and outs of the Naviens, but Mac from PDS was very knowledgeable. They also came in about $1k less than their less knowledgable closest competitor.

The guy who did the actually plumbing for the install wasn't quite as experienced and some pieces of the connections between the old plumbing and the new pipes to/from the heater wound up sticking out farther than I would have liked -- beyond the surface of the framing I plan to do. That said, I understand the problem was with frozen threads that, if he'd tried too hard to force them, could have created a real mess, requiring the main water to be off for a lot longer, and a steep bill for added hours. He made the right call, and I can make the fix myself when I'm ready for the next phase of my remodel. I was also pleased that Mac came back to inspect before the job was finished and we all talked out the final details.

I plan on adding a mini-split during the remodel and will definitely get in touch with PDS's air conditioning arm for that too.

First time using PDS Plumbing and we had a great experience. Chatted through YELP in the morning and they came out by noon the same day! Impressive! Jose could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We just needed a kitchen faucet replaced but it turned into a little more work than normal. He was able to also replace our faucet in the garage at the same time. He made sure everything was working as expected and checked for leaks as well. We will definitely be calling them again for our future plumbing needs. Also, his work truck was spotless, he wore a mask, booties before coming Into our home and a big plus he arrived 10 minutes early!
