Thankful to have found this vendor on yelp.
I called the number, didn't leave a message.
But Daniel called me back really fast.
I made an appointment for today, and he arrived right on schedule.
My shower drain and toilet were an issue for the 3rd time now. (Used 2 other vendors previously)
Plunging it was completely useless.
Daniel took care of it all. He cleared the drain with the snake, but I still had to end up getting a hydrojet service. The main line was pretty bad, per the video.
Appreciate everything. Daniel even wiped up the black goo from the shower floor. So that helped me out.

I didn't want to have another issue 5-6 months from now.

Someone at this company came into my home to fix the plumbing and stole a $200 pair of shoes from my closet. When I called the owner to ask about it he was not concerned, gave me an attitude, and told me to just file a police report instead of trying to resolve this. In addition, these guys came in, made a huge mess, and then left with stolen property.

So if you want stuff from your home stolen and a huge mess to clean, these are definitely your guys.

If I could give negative stars I would.

Very displeased with this company overall. They only became responsive to me when I owed payment, otherwise they were very difficult to get a hold of. I should have shopped around, they were overpriced for what they did and I spent another $3k making my bathroom useable after they left. My husband tried to get anitemized receipt and they refused and weee rude. Three are plenty of plumbers in the area, hire someone else.

I've used pro plumbing a few times now and they have always been great. They're on-time, professional, and get the job done fast. I'll definitely continue to use them if I need a plumber.

Frank was my technician yesterday. My shower pipes started making weird noises recently like they were gonna burst everytime I turned on hot water. Frank was on time and super fast. He also helped me put in my new shower head I purchased the day before in like 5 minutes! Super nice respectable guy! Thanks Frank! (And yes my pipes make no noise now and are completely fixed)

Quick response, they do a great job and also very polite. I called them 2 times within 2 weeks for different bathroom plumbing issues post renovation, and I would call then again for any future needs.

I requested a drain cleaning appointment on a Saturday afternoon via the link on their website and got an answer from Daniel offering times on my preferred day -- within just three minutes!

I scheduled service and our technician, David, touched base about 40 minutes prior to arrival. He was polite, helpful, and understanding of how careful I was being with masking while taking care of my elderly father. David fixed the problem, and gave some helpful advice and recommendations.

I've had to use plumbing services a few times in the past, and always searched for a new plumber the when a problem came up. Next time (for an already planned a kitchen faucet replacement), I'll call PDS.

Good job they did with a difficult and complex drain stoppage. Not cheap, in fact the highest I've ever paid for a snake out/cleaning ($250), but the technician Danny was good, patient and after about 2-1/2 hours was successful in getting the stoppage opened up. Would use again for complicated/difficult plumbing problems, would use many other cheaper companies for simple drain cleaning/snake ou.
