Repaired was done back on April and I did not get a chance to submit my review. We have a leak at the base of toilet. My husband tried to fix it and he was having hard time removing hose connected to toilet bowl. So I decided to check reviews from yelp and I decided to call PDS plumbing to see if tech can come out due to it was Saturday. After talking to Daniel he was able to get technician out within an hour. The technician I think his Name was Pedro? He was very professional and friendly he was able to fixed our toilet bowl that's leaking and answered all the questions. Thank you so much for great job!

Service Performed: Removed the toilet and installed a new wax ring and toilet bolts. Reset the toilet and tested before re-caulking base.

I called PDS for a clogged toilet in long beach area. Less than 2 hours a very professional and polite plumber showed up at the property. He fixed the toilet explained the issue and made very clear recommendation.

They are very professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them specially Juan Hernandez !

I called first thing THIS morning because my bathtub decided to clog and there was no solution other than a pro. I have tried draino, other drain cleaners formulated for thick hair clogs, a plastic snake, a metal snake to no avail.. I gave up and headed to Yelp to look for a plumber.
I'm always skeptical using a service that hasn't been referred by a friend or family. PDS plumbing popped up with some great reviews, could it be too good to be true? NOPE!
I spoke with someone over the phone, confirmed they were able to service my condo since I'm in a medium sized complex and to my surprise the answer was YES! It has been such a chore in the past to find someone to work in this building.
PDS confirmed they were able to send someone out today just 2 hrs from the time I called. David gave me a call when he arrived and quickly came in to assess my 2 bathrooms that needed service: 1 shower, 1 alcove bathtub. He was in and out within 20 min for BOTH bathrooms. He then gave me great preventative tips and how to perform maintenance on the bathrooms. I was not nickel and dimed whatsoever, very affordable and the best rate I've seen across several plumbers in the area (who won't service medium sized complexes).
Now, I'm a woman, by myself in my home and I felt extremely comfortable and in great hands with PDS/David. I'm so glad to have found a reliable plumber I can send all my business to and proudly refer out to my friends and fam!

I don't like to leave bad reviews but business owners need to be held accountable. Our property management company called this PDS out to our property for a leaking toilet. Their initial quote said unable to repair toilet
because it's too old, needs to be replaced for $400. We really did not
want to replace the toilet because it is an antique yellow and teal
toilet. We called and spoke to the plumber and he seemed inexperienced
because we had to tell him what to do. A few days later the company then
says."" Oh wait. We happened to find the repair part in our warehouse.""
Now they can REPAIR the toilet. That's great news as we anticipated the cost to go down.

But they then charged MORE- $450 just for the repair!
More than the cost of a brand new toilet. Also to jump right to needing an entire new toilet doesn't make sense. We even expressed our concerns about the situation and the prices and they did nothing to make it better.

This company is not ethical and wants to do the easy quick fix with the
most profit. If you are someone that doesn't know a lot about plumbing beware, they could take advantage of you. We will never use this company for our rental properties again and I do not recommend you employ them either.

AVOID, steer clear of this company due to unethical business practices. PDS required I sign an e-form on their tablet & pay prior to work for a toilet install, with the assurance everything would work. The toilet was inoperable and they refused to reimburse install fee of $225. In compensation they said the payment would be credited to future work. Of course it was pointless to continue service based on lousy performance. DO NOT SIGN the form prior to work as a clause within states that you accept the work, they will not hesitate to use it against you should work be unsatisfactory. My bad for not reviewing this in detail, but did not expect this shoddy leverage. They are an unprincipled underhanded company; they will take your $ and run.
