Excellent experience with PDS Plumbing and Air beginning with the estimate and ending with the job being completed. . Rene was friendly and knowledgeable and provided answers to all my questions during the evaluation and estimate process. Once hired, he returned with a full crew so they could get the job done in one day instead of 2. Fernando and Kyle, as well as the others explained the process of pipe lining and kept me appraised as they worked to rid the line of roots and broken clay pipe. Oh, did I mention how hard they worked and how friendly and courteous they all were?
The pricing was fair and I HIGHLY recommend PDS Plumbing and Air.

My technician, Fernando, was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. he took care of my clogged kitchen sink quickly and was able to replace a couple of aged angle stops all with 1 1/2 hours. After filing with CSLB and their insurance bond, I finally received a call from the owner of this business Mr. Daniel Ochoa. He was very kind and understanding and promised to compensate my loss due to the damage they made. I received their payment last Tuesday and the case is resolved. Thank you, Mr Ochoa, for standing behind the laws and principles. I really appreciate it! Just wished your staff could have practiced the same as you did.

Dion was the only plumber who figured out our leaking sink. Multiple plumbers had already been here. He was really knowledgeable and explained in detail so we could understand what happened. Great customer service with the scheduler, too. I highly recommend Dion and this company.

This is an honest company! I have used them both for plumbing and air.

They recently came out to address an issue with our AC. It took a couple of visits to completely fix the problem. Michael R., the technician who showed up on the second visit, knows his stuff! He explained everything to me as he was assessing the problem so I could understood what was causing the issue and why he was doing what he was doing to solve it. He did a lot of brainstorming, along with Frank who called me a couple of times to find out what was happening with our unit. They care about their clients, are diligent, and fair. I would absolutely recommend them!

EDIT: lowering to one star. The rep called and charged the $99 despite being unable to correct the problem AND trying to upsell a $1000 service that was not needed. I will refrain from saying you should stay away from this business as it did seem they genuinely tried to help but my experience below highlights why I would not recommend them in the future.

Called PDS yesterday to help with a clogged shower. Was grateful they were able to squeeze me in same-day. Gentlemen came over and tried to snake the drain and gave up after several attempts. Advice was we needed the big guns with a mega hydrojet with 4500psi to clear the scaling from the vent on roof.
Was quoted $1500 to fix and that they would come back later after using a camera. Was able to ""negotiate"" down to $1000.

We called a family friend who came by this morning, he snakes the drain for about 3 minutes and it's back open.
Not sure if PDS just broke down the stoppage and couldn't get the final bit or if they were just trying to sell higher services, but either way making me feel like I can't recommend their services.

Withholding a 1-star review because I haven't made payment for their incomplete services yet; and everyone who I've communicated with has been very nice/polite.

Called PDS to have a shower head installed. Dion was super professional, punctual, quick with his craft, & fair with the estimate cost of the service. 10/10 recommend this company & 12/10 for the technician. Request Dion, he's efficient & accurate. Happy to have it done right the first

Top Notch Service!

Had a simple toilet stoppage.
PDS arrived within 30 minutes after my initial call. I was surprised how fast they were.

Dion was their Plumbing Pro assigned to my job.
And, Dion IS a Pro!
Knowledgeable, honest, respectful, courteous and friendly.
Dion had my toilet unclogged within 10 minutes.
He took time after the job to tell me exactly what happened and how to prevent it happening again.
I thank him and he only charged me $100 for everything.
Bottom Line! $100.
