We have been in operation since 2012 at PD Plumbing & Restoration. Britt saw an opportunity to enhance customer service and professionalism in plumbing. Since then, our revenue has expanded more than tenfold, thanks to referrals from pleased customers. We strive to alter the public's perception of plumbers. We ensure timely arrivals or notify you if we are running late. With the exception of sewer or drain cleanings, we provide a one-year full parts and labor warranty on all our work. Every sewer replacement is covered by a five-year full service warranty. Our goal is to provide excellent service and a great customer experience at a fair price. We generally serve busy professionals in the Wichita area who appreciate their time and expect their plumbing to be done correctly on the first attempt.

Britt Moore is a father, husband, master plumber, licensed falconer, beekeeper, inventor, and entrepreneur. Britt started his plumbing journey at 14, assisting his uncle during summer vacations. After finishing school, he took on full-time plumbing, engaging in new builds and large commercial projects, including schools and nursing homes. Eventually, he found a position at one of Wichita's biggest plumbing companies, which fueled his desire to become an entrepreneur. PD Plumbing began as a modest venture in Britt's garage. As jobs started to come in, PD Plumbing hired its first employee, Nathan. With a surge in customer referrals, the necessity for a dedicated shop became evident. The hunt commenced, leading PD Plumbing to its first location at 639 N Walnut St, Augusta, KS 67010. This little shop remains the base for PD Plumbing & Restoration. We later expanded by acquiring a second location at 131 W 2nd Ave, El Dorado, KS.
