We have been in operation since 2012 at PD Plumbing & Restoration. Britt saw an opportunity to enhance customer service and professionalism in plumbing. Since then, PD Plumbing & Restoration has grown over tenfold in revenue, largely due to referrals from satisfied customers. We strive to alter the public's perception of plumbers. We always arrive on time or call ahead if we are delayed. With the exception of sewer or drain cleanings, we provide a one-year full parts and labor warranty on all our work. All sewer replacements come with a five-year full service warranty. Our goal is to provide excellent service and a great customer experience at a fair price. Our typical customers are busy professionals in the Wichita area who value their time and want their plumbing done right the first time.

Britt Moore is a father, husband, master plumber, licensed falconer, beekeeper, inventor, and entrepreneur. He began plumbing at 14, working for his uncle during summer breaks. Upon graduating, he transitioned to full-time plumbing, focusing on new construction and significant commercial projects such as schools and nursing homes. Later, he joined one of the largest plumbing firms in Wichita, sparking his interest in entrepreneurship. Initially, PD Plumbing started as a small operation in Britt's garage. With increasing demand, PD Plumbing brought on its first employee, Nathan. With a surge in customer referrals, the necessity for a dedicated shop became evident. The search led to PD Plumbing's first location at 639 N Walnut St, Augusta, KS 67010. This little shop remains the base for PD Plumbing & Restoration. The second location was acquired at 131 W 2nd Ave, El Dorado, KS.
