We have been in operation since 2012 at PD Plumbing & Restoration. Britt identified a gap in customer service and professionalism within the plumbing sector. Since then, PD Plumbing & Restoration has grown over tenfold in revenue, largely due to referrals from satisfied customers. We are committed to changing how people view plumbers. We always arrive on time or call ahead if we are delayed. Except for sewer or drain cleanings, all our work comes with a one-year full parts and labor warranty. We back all sewer replacements with a five-year full service warranty. Our goal is to provide excellent service and a great customer experience at a fair price. Britt Moore is a father, husband, master plumber, licensed falconer, beekeeper, inventor, and entrepreneur. Britt started his plumbing journey at 14, assisting his uncle during summer vacations. Upon graduating, he transitioned to full-time plumbing, focusing on new construction and significant commercial projects such as schools and nursing homes. Later, he joined one of the largest plumbing firms in Wichita, sparking his interest in entrepreneurship. PD Plumbing began as a modest venture in Britt's garage. As jobs started to come in, PD Plumbing hired its first employee, Nathan. As referrals from customers grew, the demand for a proper shop became apparent. The hunt commenced, leading PD Plumbing to its first location at 639 N Walnut St, Augusta, KS 67010. This humble shop still serves as the headquarters for PD Plumbing & Restoration. The second shop was purchased at 131 W 2nd Ave, El Dorado, KS.
