icalled for a stopped up bathtub....was quoted95-125 soon as the person came it was now 140...ihad already opened up wall and drain for them so no extra work
spent 1hour and barely got drain to drain slowly then told me i needed to replace ptrap,cut concrete and dig quote was 2400$
got another estimate $988 from an honest plumber

I was referred to this service last week and I am I glad I did! They just finished a whole repipe in my home that is about 50 years old and helped renovate my kitchen which I have been wanting to do for many years now. What I appreciated about this company is how knowledgeable their technicians are and the options they gave me for the service. I wasn't forced into just one option. It's hard to find honest people to provide honest work! I am extremely happy with Technician Will and Rick. They answered all of my crazy questions. And helped me get the best finance deal for the renovations I needed. I used my home insurance for the repipe and they also helped give all the necessary documents to my insurance and I thought that was so awesome because they didn't just leave me to figure it out, they thoroughly explained to me how everything works and I am forever grateful for their support. I called Payless4Plumbing because I thought I had a sewer backup problem. Rick came out and had to call his supervisor, Will. Will said he would run a camera in the sewer line to find the problem. He told me I had a sewer pipe that had burst from tree roots. He also took a leak detection device and checked in my front yard to locate the leak. When he finished he informed me that the leak was 8 feet deep under my concrete driveway.He then gave me a hand written estimate to repair my sewer line. He told me he would go under my driveway and fix the pipe burst from the driveway to my home for $9,800 or he could remove the back flow and install a 2-way clean out for $4,200 or he could hydro jet the line for $1,500. I called the City of Rancho Cucamonga and they told me to call the Cucamonga Water District and see if they would come out and put a camera down the sewer line and see if there were any problems. They did and there were no tree roots or burst sewer pipe found. My sewer line does not go under my driveway. It was fraud and a total scam by Payless4Plumbing. The water company and the City of Rancho Cucamonga saved me $ 9,800. I am a widow and live on social security. When is someone going to stop these companies from taking advantage of the elderly. I am extremely grateful to our city and water company for all their help.Please do not use this company. They are willfully taking advantage of honest citizens in our community and surrounding cities. Their license should be taken away from them.

Not happy , this company replaced a water heater with a tankless heater. They disconnected our sink and said they were done. Would not refer them for any repairs. Charged $713 dollars. For in complete work.

If there was a negative star scoring I'd give this company 5 negative stars! Rip off for sure! They wanted to charge me $550 for a clogged toilet! I ended up calling a local "" Honest"" plumber! It ended up costing only $75.

It appears I was overcharged for equipment installed. Charged $650 for a garbage disposal where it appears the drain was stopped. Still didn't work after they departed.

Placed a ""temporary"" water heater in service while water damage resolved by another company. Charged $350 for a gas line. Various questionable charges on invoice. I've made several written request for explanation of charges, they refuse to answer my request.

Filing a complaint with Contractor's State License Board. These people are not honest.

SHOULD BE CALLED PAYMORE FOR PLUMBING!!!!

If I could give zero (0) stars to this company I would. I'm a single female home owner and yesterday I had water spraying from a small hole on one of my above ground pipes. The problem was visible to the eyes and accessible to anyone that would need to repair it. I could actually reach out and touch the problem. I called Payless 4 Plumbing, I was told no extra charge for weekend service and this is a free estimate, you'll only pay for the work, great I thought. Two plumbers arrived within 30 minutes and said ""Ooh ooh"", I asked what was the matter, one of them said ""It's not located in a easy to get to spot."" I thought, is he kidding? I can reach over and touch the pipe and see the spot the water is spraying from, this pipe is outdoors not under a cabinet, so I asked how much to fix it? I was shocked when he said $800. I asked,""For this job? You must be kidding me"", one plumber went on to explain that this is copper piping and they have to pay a lot for copper piping. I try to understand why so much if he has a truck full of copper piping and I only needed about 6inch of it, why am I paying for a full length of piping that someone else will be using any unused portion?. I said, ""Thank you for coming, but I'll call someone else,"" since this was a free estimate, it cost me nothing and I called my neighbor. My neighbor once told me if something sound over price call him or his wife and they will help me find the help I need. My neighbor contacted a license plumber who took a little over an hour to fix the pipe and charged me $200. The plumber and my neighbor was shocked when they saw the work and heard what I was quoted to have it fixed, they both said this is not a $800 job.

So, if you want to be over charged, in this case four times the amount for a repair, then this is the company for you. I will never call them again and I can not recommend them to anyone, they're name should be Paymore 4 Plumbing.

After calling everywhere for a 24 hour service, this place came through! My whole house was backed up. Sewage was seeping from toilet, the shower,and parts of the yard.. All at 11 pm saturday night! I was hosting a super bowl party the next day and couldn't bare to have the problem dealt with during the game. They sent over a guy named George within an hour and He assessed the problem...
So When I originally bought the house I was told that the house got replumbed but as it turns out, all the pipes were the original, rusted pipes.. I kept all of them as a sad reminder :/ I let George know what I was hoping to get done for the night since I needed to be asleep by 3 am to prepare for the party. He understood and so he rigged up something to get me through the night and the super bowl. After the game he came back with a few other guys and finished the job. I was very impressed. Hopefully I don't have to call a plumber again but if I do, I'm calling these guys.

I had a toilet leak problem , and was getting priced way too much , I called Payless 4 Plumbing , and they took care of me, they sent out Ruben and his assistant , and they got the job done in no time. There's was a problem with the toilet I bought , and Ruben was nice enough to go to Home Depot and get the part for me , no extra charge , amazing service , thank you again Ruben ,and Payless 4 Plumbing
