RUN! Don't walk. RUN as far away as possible from these idiots. Lets start at the beginning. Was set to meet with Frank B. at 8 am. At 9:20 I left. Then I get a phone call that he had car trouble blah blah blah. Offers to camera my line for free. So I get there at 8 am the next day and he is there. Without putting a camera in the line, Frank tells me we should burst the pipe. I have a disjointed pipe under the street. He offers the pipe bursting and completely lies to me about how it is done. Tells me that the work will be done by next Thursday because he has to pull permits and get the okay from dig alert. I go home, after signing the contract, and find out he has nothing but bad reviews on yelp. I become extremely worried, but it was a lot of money so I hoped he would do the job right. I call Victorville on Monday afternoon and ask if permits were pulled. I'm informed that they were not pulled and it takes the inspector roughly 48 hours to issue an engineering permit, which he will need to dig in the street. Call Frank and ask him why he hasn't pulled permits yet. He said he had to wait till he got the okay from dig alert and they have 72 hours. He will go on Wednesday to pull permits and that they are issued in 10 min. Call Frank Thursday to find out what time he was going to be at the rental property to do the work, he tells me that they haven't pulled permits and that he told me they weren't going to pull them till that day and do the work on Friday. I tell him no he told me today. He again says he never said that. Whatever, I just need the job done asap. There is a hole in the front of the yard that is filling up with water and the water is backing up into the house. He said he will call me once his son pulls permits that day. At 3:30 I call Victorville permits again and they inform me permits were pulled but just building and safety. NOT engineering. Frank calls me at 4:30 and says that they pulled the permits and that he will be there at 7, but because we have the hole in the yard we need permits. He says he can still do the work without it, but I will need them. I said just do the work I'll get the permits on Monday. I get a call from his receptionist at 8 the next morning. She told me she spoke with the owners and they decided that the job was too hard for them so they are going to cancel the job and just refund me my money. After a whole freaking week of absolutely EVERYTHING being the same it's too hard for him. And the POS doesn't even call me himself to apologize. Now after wasting a whole week of my time I have to hire another company to do the work and they again have to wait for dig alert and pull permits. I was lucky and got my money back. Do not do any business with these idiots. All they care about is the money. And if they have to do work, forget about it.

I recommend getting a second opinion if you hire this company! they snaked my kitchen drain and claimed it could not be unclogged without ""hydrojetting"" and that I didn't have an outside clean out. They wanted to charge me $2,300.00. Thinking this sounded way out of bed, I hired another plumber for a second opinion. The new Plumber told me I had an outside cleanout and quickly snaked the drain, fixing my kitchen drain for $100.00. Watchout!!! get a second opinion!!!

CALL ANYONE ELSE FOR PLUMBING SERVICE! I called them at 9pm & was assured a technician would be at my home between 12-2pm the next day. I waited 2 hours, then called them to find out why no one showed up? The girl told me they were too busy & wouldnt be coming to my home. Not even a courtesy call to let me know. Offered an appt. for the NEXT day, seriously? Like i'd trust them again?? I called RescueRooter, they were here in a hour & took care of the problem! This company is unprofessional from the office to the field, DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO GET SERVICE, WASTING YOUR TIME!

0 stars! Scheduled an appointment to have septic pumped. Waited a week and they called the day before to reschedule, waited another week and then they called the day before to cancel and said they ""don't service my area"". Asked them why do they have an ad in my local community phone book then??!! Two weeks wasted! Just as well because now I've read all the other reviews!

Payless 4 Plumbing was called out to check my Mom's plumbing issue, sink was over flowing into the kitchen,she thought the line needed snaked out. She called Payless 4 Plumbing they had done work one other time so she trusted them. She is 91 years old, they had her sign paper work authorizing them to do the work, and they never gave her a copy of the paperwork until the end of the job. Even though we had some issues concerning what was was authorized to be completed, and the pricing for the work. After some escalation the plumbing company came back and worked with us and refunded part of the money paid. As a consumer I have removed my original post because they worked with us, and I feel between what they refunded, and what they insurance company paid my Mom had to pay out of pocket, it was a good compromise. Just consumer before you do busy with ANY company, check out all of the different places, yelp, better business bureau, and the state contractors board. That way you are doing your duty as a consumer and being pro active. If you have an elderly parent then please assist them, because they are not as savoy as you are.

I wish I had read the reviews before I called Payless 4 Plumbling, I would have called another company. My kitchen sink was clogged and fixed by their technican in less than 15 minutes for $175.00. I was told the $175 charge included a camera inspection of the line and someone from the company would call within 2 days to schedule. I was pleased with the offered service since this same sink had clogged 4x before and was looking forward to finding out if there was structural problems. I received no call, so I called. An appointment was scheduled the same day, no show. I called to let someone know I was still waiting and was told dispatch would be notified to call me. Again, no call. Left very disappointed.

This company is turning a new leaf and trying to repair the damage that an ex-employee had caused. They have been out to my house a few times and their drain clear out prices are right in line. I will continue to use them and I anticipate a future 5 star rating if they can stay the course that they are now on.

Horrible NO STARS. $650.00 vs $4300.00??? They came out quick, long story short, they were ready to charge me $4,300 dollars saying they found 2 broken pipes & jack hammering in 2 diff. Locations in my yard. I had the commom sence to get a 2nd opinion. New plumber cleared the drain in a few minutes, no broken pipes to be found! Replaced a small section of pipe that had roots, we dug the hole ourselves & save tons of money. Paid $650.00 instead of $4300. Get second opinions & always use plumbers from recommendations! These businesses are licensed to steal from us because they prey on worried hm owners. Consumer beware.

Dear Anyone,

This is place is the prime example of not going by name of the company. What happen was my sink got back up and leaked all over my house. They fixed the problem but was trying to add on more, making the job that should have been only 90 dollars in the thousands. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company.

We have used Payless '4' Plumbing twice now. Our only complaint is the price. We were happy with the first service so we called them back a second time because they had given us a business card offering 10% off on our next service call. We called them a second time. When the technician came out he quoted us a price. I asked about the 10% discount and he said that was included in the price he quoted. We did not receive a written quote or itemized receipt. We went ahead with the service as we couldn't wait. We called them after the service was complete to talk to them about the 10% discount. We were told that a supervisor would be calling us back. We never received a call so obviously they don't care much about repeat customers. Although the service was fine, we will not be using them again.
