I've had more plumbers out here three from the same company and finally we got someone out here there was thorough and efficient and he is still working on it it looks like it's going to work this time and this is all been with in two weeks time. his name is Hanz Castillo it looks as though it's going to work this time and he also informed me theirs a guarantee it will work minimum one year the other ones didn't tell me anything about a guarantee hopefully we won't need to use it looks like it's going to work. he replaced a lot of the pipe thank you Payless. Next time I will ask for him by name

Honestly, I do not understand people and how they rate things. It seems as if a different company is being reviewed. I called this morning at 7am and someone was here a bit after 10am. Not only were they punctual and professional and kind, they found that nothing was actually wrong and did not even charge me for the visit. What appeared to be wrong yesterday seemed to have disappeared since then, so I felt like a real ass once they got here, but they got here and were absolutely lovely. I would and will call them in a NY minute the next time I need a plumber. I particularly like to give my business to family-owned businesses, which is what this one is. In fact, the owner's son was the one who came to my house. As for the poor reviews here, I smell something fishy, I really do.

Had a badly clogged shower drain Pride Plumbing took a shot at, failed, and wanted to charge us $410; more if they needed to use a camera or the 'jet' method.

Juan Alberto took care of it in 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and efficient. And only $150.

I recently had some service done to my home and I can't begin to explain how I stressed out I was at the beginning but, with Ruben there to assure me the job was not only going to be done right, he helped me stay within my budget.. I love that he was able to work with my schedule and made it on time when he said he would and always showed up with a great attitude!

Called and spoke to a woman named Jeri regarding a plumber that was supposed to be here 30 minutes ago - turns out that not only did they never make the note to send someone out, they inconvenienced me by saying 'someone will be at your home within the hour' and no one showed up because they never contacted anyone. Jeri demonstrated a poor attitude and lack of common courtesy over the phone as I was simply asking if they could fix the issue because we still need someone to come out here - her tone was hostile, she interrupted my questions, and attempted to cut the call short before I was done asking questions to verify that yes, someone will be sent out here. After finally getting my questions answered, I asked for the name of the person I was speaking to and Jeri gave me her name and concluded the call with a suddenly mockingly enthusiastic tone that was over the top and high pitched, and quite frankly, rude. She didn't even apologize for the fact that they dropped the ball, and I asked for a 10% discount for the inconvenience, which she agreed to.

This employee requires management oversight and serious training in common courtesy and customer service - there is absolutely no excuse for treating a customer like the phone call is inconveniencing the employee personally.

The plumber has yet to arrive, so if he does a good job I may update my review, but this establishment gets a 0 on customer service.

Yesterday Gareth and Will (Supervisor) came out to my elderly parents house for a free estimate on a kitchen drain they have had troubles with for a decade. Payless 4 Plumbing had state of the art cameras and equipment to pin point where the stoppage was under the concrete and they were able to show us exactly what the stoppage was with the camera scope. Will was able to show us the extensive crack in the drain as well as all the rocks that had settle in to clog it. He snaked the drain for 20 minutes and was able to punch through the rocks just enough to allow a little flow to get through. Past plumbers have taken my parents money and ran. We will be using Payless 4 Plumbing to do the Direct repair. Out of 4 plumbers we had come out for estimates they were the only one that reminded us our homeowners insurance covers the work. Not only that, they were able to give us a knowledgable run down of the process.

On a side note: Both guys were clean, articulate, knew their craft and most importantly displayed great customer service. Customer service is number one for me. This company's price is ultra competitive. Will's knowledge and years of experience gave me that extra push I needed to feel confident they will take care of my parents and the drain issue. Look for my update when the job is done.

My wife and I are seniors. We called Payless plumbing for a broken outside water hose spigot they give me a quote of 150.00 for senior discount and I sent him a picture of what needed to be done the next morning they come out and ask for 375 dollars, plumber stated that much work was needed like breaking stucco to get behind copper pipe so they can cut and refit extension for water bib. I told plumber that's not was I was quoted he just brush me off so I told him his services were not needed. We had to turn off the main water line to our home. It took me less than 5 minutes to break stucco and less than 60 seconds to cut copper. I now have another plumber coming out for 125.00 to finish the work. Watch who hire..... Job was in my estimation about 45 minutes to complete.

Thank you Payless 4 Plumbing! We had an emergency plumbing issue on a Sunday and they were able to help us out! The owner was amazing in responding quickly and the technician Johnny was friendly and hard-working! Would definitely recommend them to others!
