I was having issues with a leak in my garage drain. Will responded to my inquiry right away and a technician was sent the next day. Eric did an excellent diagnosing the issue. He took his time to troubleshoot the leak and determined - at one point, there may have been a blockage with the mainline and when he checked it, the water was flowing properly and there was no blockage. Michael was able to arrive ahead of schedule and communicated via phone and text to let me know his eta, which was great. He was professional, solution oriented . He took care of issues with my kitchen faucet, reverse osmosis system and garbage disposal, and dishwasher. We got the keys to our new house on Monday and knew we had a few minor plumbing issues. We used PAWS plumbing on a recent job a few months ago at our old house and wanted to use them again for this job. I called on Monday and they were able to schedule an appointment for Wednesday. Greg came out on Wednesday morning and was awesome. I showed him the few issues, plus a few other questions I had. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and fixed our issue right away. He even gave some advice on routine maintenance and gave us helpful information regarding our water heater. He wore his mask throughout the appointment as well. Plus our dog was very excited to meet him. We will be using PAWS in the future for sure!

Not sensitive to changing needs of customers relative to COVID.

Even prior to COVID who wants multiple technicians or estimators coming out if a quote can be given online. But now during COVID with the recent uptick in COVID cases this is even more important.

This company is unwilling to provide any kind of ball park estimate on work even if you provide pictures.

Unlike other plumbers who are glad to work with you and give you an idea of what the variables might be, the expected cost, of course with proviso that it could change one way or another if you pick them and they physically come out.

Because of every possible variable cannot be anticipated.

However, if they can't provide an estimate, maybe that means they are inexperienced with what you need done or worse they are trying to prevent you from shopping around.
