Had such a great experience with Paws and Kell. I had a leaky sink valve and had to leave work early to meet a plumber from another company and he cancelled at the last minute. I called Paws and they had Kell out to fix my valve in 20 min! He was quick and professional and the pricing was exactly what I expected to pay. I would definitely use them again.

Very satisfied with Kel's work. He's very polite and very thorough. He explained to me the issues and was able to answer all my questions in a very professional and courteous manner. My 40-year-old toilet was becoming wobbly when you sat on it and I was afraid the problem would only worsen with time. I thought I needed a plumber to solve the problem and that it would cost me around $250 to remove and reinstall the toilet. I contacted Don from J Geyer Plumbing Who just happened to be working on another house across the street from me. He said he would be happy to look at my toilet and give me a free estimate when he was finished on his current job in a couple of hours which would make it around 2:30 PM. Sure enough right on time he arrived at my door with a smile on his face and a friendly hello. I let him into my bathroom and explained the issues I had with the loose toilet. He explained that he could fix it with some caulking, that it didn't need to be removed. I realized at that point I could fix it myself and he agreed that it was an easy job I just need to clean it very well and apply the sealant. There was no charge for this advice. The next day I did as he indicated and my toilet is now perfectly solid thanks to Don. I am so happy to have found a new plumber who is competent and friendly offers free estimates and free good advice.
