The response time, the quality of the employees and the owner is second to none in a field typically associated with the opposite. Also the commitment to animals is a noteworthy added bonus. Experience was great from start to finish! Haley was a doll getting the replacement for my water pressure regulator scheduled. She told me of the rebate from the city and said she would handle all the paperwork for me. Keith was on time, professional and explained everything to me thoroughly. He and his assistant were courteous and efficient. I will turn to Paws before any other company for all my future plumbing needs.

Had an appointment from 12-2. At 12:30 they called saying the tech was finishing up in 15 minutes and will be on his way. At 2 I called and the tech was still on the previous job and not sure when he was going to finish now. Then they wanted to reschedule after I had been waiting for 2 hours and me calling not them. Will never use them.

Kell did a great job replacing the disintegrating drain lines under the kitchen sink in our rental. Price was as expected. Problem was resolved in 24 hours from initial phone call to finish.

Had such a great experience with Paws and Kell. I had a leaky sink valve and had to leave work early to meet a plumber from another company and he cancelled at the last minute. I called Paws and they had Kell out to fix my valve in 20 min! He was quick and professional and the pricing was exactly what I expected to pay. I would definitely use them again.

Very satisfied with Kel's work. He's very polite and very thorough. He explained to me the issues and was able to answer all my questions in a very professional and courteous manner. Plumbing issues are never fun especially in a high rise building where you run the risks of damaging other units attached to your unit. I'm glad I went with Paw's Plumbing. What seemed like a minor leak led to a major work. Not what I wanted but glad I hired a professional.
