This has been the best experience solving issues that arose from other's incompetence. My mother had an emergency leaking sink that had apparently been going on for months because of previous incorrect job performed by another ""plumber"". A quick search on yelp brought me to Paul and his great reviews. Arrival was early, the work was completed in about an hour, and mother was giddy with relief. I am so happy I never have to worry anymore if a plumbing job is done right. Thanks, Paul!

Paul is awesome, I called him on a Saturday evening and he called me back right away, I explained my issue and he was super kind and even offered to come by the same day. He gave me a 2 hr window to arrive to the appointment and he was super kind to let me know that he was on his way. He checked out the problem and he didn't tear up our walls. He was super professional. honest and kind.

Called him at 10:30 pm on a Saturday night and he was here in 30 mins!! We had both toilets and all the drains in our restaurant kitchen backing up .. Paul came and knocked the problem out and cleared it up in about a hour!!

I killed a roach in my kitchen around 930pm on a Monday night - like an idiot I grabbed it with about 8 thick paper towels and tried to flush it. Lo and behold, it clogged and overflowed my toilet and no amount of plunging helped. I called Paul around 10pm at night for some desperate help (I only have 1 bathroom.) He was here by 10:45 and out by 11, and I had a working toilet again. As a single woman, it's always a little harrowing and scary to call a male stranger into your home, especially late at night, but Paul was extremely courteous, professional, efficient, and friendly. Glad I called him, would do it again.
