I have worked with Paul for 6 years now. Dont know why I never left him a review. Paul is very responsive, most of our conversations happen through text. He shows up on time and does a great job. He has become a friend over these years. I strongly recommend him.

Poor work and no follow up. We used Paul about 2 years ago, and had him install our whole-house water filtration system. Quite quickly we realized that the basement drainage was not correct, and asked him to come help us figure out what was wrong with the installation/drainage as it would flood our basement with small amounts of water every 10 days when the system reset. We didn't hear back at that time, it was during Covid, we let it go, and have been manually resetting our system he installed so it doesn't flood every few days. Unfortunately as we are back traveling for work, we are now hiring someone to do it when we are gone. We reached back out to try and get some resolution now that things are back- NO ANSWER. Followed up our email again. No answer.

I really wanted to give a good review. Unfortunately, I can't because Paul never got back to me. I had an issue where an inspector saw that one of my pipes was disconnected so searched for a local plumber. This was the first one that popped up with decent reviews so I called. I got voicemail which said a text would work too, so I then sent a text. I got a quick response, but it was meant for someone else. The person then asked for a picture of the issue, which I sent and then never heard back from him. That was for weeks ago.

Screw this guy. I hired him to fix a broken pipe which was leaking underneath my house. He and another worker showed up and claimed they 'fixed' the problem. Fast forward 8 months later I find a lake underneath my house. I called him up to come pump the water out and fix the leak. He never shows. I call two more times and on the third time I offered him CASH IN HAND to just pump the water out but instead he recommended me to one of his friends. I contact his friend who says he doesn't pump out water!!

So, I began to wonder why would a plumber refuse cash in hand for a job and make excuses not to show up. I call another plumber who comes by and assess the situation. He pumps out the water within 30 minutes then goes in to fix the pipe. He comes back out and begins asking questions. He asks has there been another plumber down here? if so what work did he do? and why is there a plastic barrier covering the crawlspace floor? I mention that this guy said he fixed the pipe and that the barrier was needed to stop the water. The newer plumber calls him an IDIOT! He says it looks like he didnt do anything to even fix the pipe and that even a novice plumber would have saw the giant section of pipe with a hole in it! and could have seen that it needed to be cut and replaced.

The new plumber then mentions that the plastic barrier he put down had stopped the water the from properly evaporating. and absorbing into the ground.

So, Paul tried to contact me or leave a review ( not sure which) claiming I was a never a customer of his when in fact I was back in 2019. He and his son or apprentice which ever your partner was came to my house because my WIFE called him. Only reason why I am posting this review now is because it was left in my drafts and never got posted. So, yeah Paul I do know what business I am referring too. You should remember my house: It was the house on 65th place and vermont with the large tree in the front yard, the sagging floor joist that you couldnt get under so you sent your apprentice into the crawl space, the house with the cat, and while you were standing around I was servicing one of my firearms that you commented on.

Sorry, but my review stands. You left a customer counting on you after you said you'd show up and never did, which lead to extensive water damage to the crawl space of my house after your initial ""repair"" did nothing. Then you recommended a friend that couldnt help either. Thanks for nothing.

Yeah, I'm not mistaken paul. 1036 W 65th place my wife name is Jessica, this was back in 2019. I STILL HAVE THE WITHDRAW OF MONEY statement FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT and the reason for the withdraw reads ""Paul the plumber, water leak repair"" after your first half attempt to fix the issue. Just except your 1 star.

I called Paul Da Plumber on Veterans Day Holiday because our main line was clogged and our shower was backing up which was caused a terrible smell in our bathroom. Paul answered my call and arrived within 25 minutes of me contacting him on a holiday! He explained the problem and once the main line was cleared he showed me the roots that were causing the issue. Paul waited until all the toilets and showers were running correctly before leaving. He removed all the trash and put my trashes back on the side of the house when he was done. Paul was thorough with his work and we haven't had a problem since. I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone interested in an experienced plumber. I look forward to working with Paul on many more projects around the house. Thanks Paul!
