Paul and his son are awesome. They are very professional, on time for their appointments (even early!), and friendly. Two weeks ago, my pipe burst and after calling almost twenty numbers, Paul was the one who said he had time to squeeze me in that same afternoon. While fixing that issue (which he and his son did quickly and efficiently), they did a check and also discovered our water pressure was way too high. They just came back today to install a water pressure regulator for us. Again, efficient and professional work, plus they saved us a huge headache later on with the water pressure! Once they left, I happened to discover a leak under the kitchen sink. I called Paul and he sent his son right back over to take a look. It turned out to be an easy fix for him, and he was in and out within five minutes! He didn't even charge for that extra trip and effort. Paul and son are great people, we'd definitely use again.

Well, the unclogged main line clogged again so we called Paul. Milton came out but we had to wait for Paul who had the extra ""snake""line since it seems our connection to the city sewer is across the street. After another 3 hours the line was cleared.

Two weeks later the line is clogged again. Looks like we're going to have to get someone with a camera to see what's going on. Paul & Milton have been very nice. Unfortunately, the problem hasn't been solved and it's been a larger than expected expense of time and money.

Called Paul De Plumber for a Saturday afternoon job. My kitchen sink was backed up, and no one wants to go a weekend without a functioning kitchen sink. Paul worked me into his schedule even though it was getting late into the evening. He kept his appointment time, he was very professional, quickly diagnose the problem and got to work. Paul and his guys were excellent. Our company had an emergency plumbing issue and Paul and his team not only came out quickly, they did a follow-up appointment to clean out the entire system in the same week. Paul even recommended another service for a building issue and his contact has been outstanding thus far as well. Moving into our new house, we needed a new stove and to do so we realized we need a gas line rerouted last minute. Paul answered same day to take a look, stayed to fix it, AND installed our new stove. Recommend him to anyone.
