These guys made my problem worse. I had sewage backing up in my basement toilet. Anderson's two young guys showed up at the same time as the remediation outfit. The two plumbers removed the toilet, cleared the drain, replaced the toilet, then said ""You're good to go"" to the remediation guys. The remediation guys flushed the toilet once and it was a total clog, because the plumbers had LEFT SOMETHING IN THE TOILET. Much more water flowed onto the floor, over the sill, and into the carpet than was there before. The plumbers were getting into their truck when they were called back to redo the job. While they did the work, we were paying the remediation guys to wait in the driveway. When we called to complain to the owner, he said, and I quote ""Stuff happens."" No apology. No acknowledgment that his team had made the problem worse. Instead, he said that the problem couldn't have been made worse because a toilet flush is only a gallon and a half of water (???). He said he would not bill us but refused to offer any recompense for the extra we have to pay the remediation company. Then he hung up on me. STEER CLEAR. Mr. Anderson, for future reference: you did yourself a huge disservice by not simply apologizing for the mistake your employees made. A simple ""I'm sorry"" would have gone a long way. What a shame.

My Mother in law's bathtub would not drain (house vacant for 6 months). Riley Plumbing recommended Anderson. I called and they said they'd be here the next day, late morning. They called and 9:10 and said they were on the way! By the way, I discovered the cellar's lateral drain had leaked. Both issues were resolved in a very expeditious way. The techs were polite, friendly and very experienced. Excellent price too! I recommend Paul Anderson Drain Cleaning enthusiastically!

Shawn was awesome to work with! Contacting the company was easy & they sent someone out to our house by the next day to unclog our kitchen sink/washing machine drain. Shawn was quick, efficient & I loved that he took his time to explain the process to me. Brian from Paul Anderson Drain Cleaning just left. I called this morning at 10am, it is now 11:50! He was able to clear out my drain in a few minutes, tested the pipes and cleaned up the area. He was polite, courteous and QUICK! I was given a quote that I thought was fair prior to him starting any work. I hope that I never require their services again but will recommend them to anyone in need!

The incompetence of the company is unbelievable. Terrible customer service and an inability to handle their scheduling. Wouldn't know about their service, they didn't even make it to the appointment.

I can't recommend them enough. Both affordable and informative, the two guys that came to unclog our plumbing got the job done quickly and educated me on how to solve issues myself moving forward as a new home owner. They also referred Friendly Septic, a septic pumping company who were also top notch. A seriously great network of reliable, clean and reasonable services for my needs.
