I had this company come to my house 3 x for an issue with sink water outflowing to my dishwasher,
All 3 times they snaked my drain.
All 3 times, the water still back flowed into my dishwasher.
I was charged for the first 2 visits, and the fee was waived for the third visit.
When I called the FOURTH time I was told, ""this is your last free visit""!!
How do you say that to a customer who has an unsolved issue?!?

had them come out fix my drain and the plumber put my toil back on just to leak just the next day and wont stop running made a call and was told i have a 30 day warranty but they will not come out and fix toilets even tho they are the ones who put it back on... wax ring didnt set right had to call and pay somebody else to fix it.

Drain to main sewer was clogged. Called and they had a crew out the next day. Young, friendly, courteous, capable fellows diagnosed and cleared the problem with a lot of hard work. Price charged was exactly the price that they quoted before doing any work, and was certainly reasonable. Would call them again, for certain

These guys made my problem worse. I had sewage backing up in my basement toilet. Anderson's two young guys showed up at the same time as the remediation outfit. The two plumbers removed the toilet, cleared the drain, replaced the toilet, then said ""You're good to go"" to the remediation guys. The remediation guys flushed the toilet once and it was a total clog, because the plumbers had LEFT SOMETHING IN THE TOILET. Much more water flowed onto the floor, over the sill, and into the carpet than was there before. The plumbers were getting into their truck when they were called back to redo the job. While they did the work, we were paying the remediation guys to wait in the driveway. When we called to complain to the owner, he said, and I quote ""Stuff happens."" No apology. No acknowledgment that his team had made the problem worse. Instead, he said that the problem couldn't have been made worse because a toilet flush is only a gallon and a half of water (???). He said he would not bill us but refused to offer any recompense for the extra we have to pay the remediation company. Then he hung up on me. STEER CLEAR. Mr. Anderson, for future reference: you did yourself a huge disservice by not simply apologizing for the mistake your employees made. A simple ""I'm sorry"" would have gone a long way. What a shame.

My Mother in law's bathtub would not drain (house vacant for 6 months). Riley Plumbing recommended Anderson. I called and they said they'd be here the next day, late morning. They called and 9:10 and said they were on the way! By the way, I discovered the cellar's lateral drain had leaked. Both issues were resolved in a very expeditious way. The techs were polite, friendly and very experienced. Excellent price too! I recommend Paul Anderson Drain Cleaning enthusiastically!

Shawn was awesome to work with! Contacting the company was easy & they sent someone out to our house by the next day to unclog our kitchen sink/washing machine drain. Shawn was quick, efficient & I loved that he took his time to explain the process to me.
