I read other reviews that said Patterson Plumbing & Heating were great, so I guess that's from people who received service. I wasn't so lucky.

I set up an appointment to get an estimate for a furnace replacement. Theresa set me up for Thursday, August 19th. You'll note the lack of a time. They don't do appointment times, they expect you to spend your whole day near the house, by the phone for when they might call.

Well, I need a furnace so I sucked it up. Then on Tuesday the 17th I got a call from Theresa informing me that I could get the first appointment the next morning. I happily agreed. She told me to expect a call between 8:00 and 8:30am when the technician would be dispatched.

By 9am Wednesday, I had nothing, so I called. Jennifer informed me that the technician had an out-of-town appointment. That is, they bumped me. They didn't inform me that they bumped me, they just did it. She couldn't tell me when I might hope to get my estimate. Well, I had plans later and couldn't sit around the house all day waiting for a visit, so I asked to get my original appointment back for the next day.

Here I am writing to you on that day. I've put everything on hold to wait for Patterson to deign to award me the blessed privilege of spending thousands of dollars with them. Jennifer called at 3:40pm to tell me that the technician wouldn't be able to make it out to me. I waited all day for this, their second lie. I told her that the experience had been so miserable that I don't want to do business with them.

The kicker is that while I was waiting, I called Royal to setup an appointment for an estimate. A nice woman named Sarah set me up for 10AM tomorrow.

Maybe you think that's an unfair comparison. Well, when I asked Fesmire for an estimate, he gave me an appointment within two days at a specific time. When I had R. Buck out here, they gave me a one-hour window and showed up in the middle of it. They treat their customers a whole lot better than Patterson does.

The technicians at Patterson may be amazing, but you'll have to suffer the disdain and lies of the front office staffers like Theresa and Jennifer to get access to them. Good luck with that.

Based in Pueblo but can't drive a few miles to service our home I guess they are set with a 5 mile radius for a service area.

They took care of a problem that we have been dealing with for over a month. Our second bathroom toilet was stopped up, the first plumber we called came out one week later and told us we needed a new toilet, would call us back, never heard from them, second plumber said they would call us back, didn't hear from them in over a week! Caller Paterson plumbing on Monday and got an appointment on Wednesday. They arrived early, took care of the problem. Very professional and friendly. Ended up I didn't need a new toilet! They had already installed the new toilet only to find out there was a plug further down the line! They offered to replace the old toilet and just charge the snaking, I opted for keeping the new toilet, I was only charged for the original estimate for the new toilet! Great service and genuine care for their customers!!! They have a new, loyal, customer!!!

We called this company for an emergency because their landing page says things like ""Walsenburg plumbing, drain cleaning & water heater repair, replacement & installation services"" and ""Your Walsenburg plumbers."" They most certainly are not. We called them and it turns out they're in Pueblo and they wanted $400 just to come down to Walsenburg. This isn't the first time we've encountered crafts people who think they can take advantage of people in this small town but implying on the landing page of their website that they're in Walsenburg when they are not is dishonest. If they're dishonest in this way, I can only imagine how dishonest they are in others. Be wary.

They were the only plumbing company that not only answered their phone at 2am for emergency sewer problems, but actually showed up. Derek was very helpful and understanding of our situation and helped resolve our issue. He wore protective equipment and answered all my questions. I'm so thankful for them showing up regardless of the time and ensuring customer satisfaction!!!

Had a water heater which quit working late in the evening. After looking at several reviews decided that Patterson Plumbing would be the best one to call. Called Patterson that evening and talked to Noel. She was very friendly and helpful. She told me that she understood my situation and would send Joe out, who was their best water heater serviceman early the next morning. Early that morning got a call from Raquel letting me know that Joe and Nathan were on their way. Joe looked at my water heater and told me that it was older and that my water heater and water regulator needed to be replaced. He took time to answer all my questions and explained in detail the work and cost involved in replacing the water heater and regulator. It was a very cold day when they installed the water heater in a unheated garage. Joe and Nathan worked hard and by two in the afternoon they were done and I had hot water again. Joe and Nathan were great to deal with. They were very friendly and courteous. Joe really enjoys his job and knows a lot about water heaters. He works hard to provide excellent customer service. It was a pleasure working with Joe, Nathan, Noell, and Raquel. Called the Patterson Plumbing and Heating Office to let management know about the great service I had received from their staff. The receptionist told me the manager was busy and would call me back. The manager never called me back which was disappointing.

I will never recommend this company to anyone. I called because my furnace was out and I was told they could not send anyone to me for one week. I was told if I wanted to spend an extra $130 that they would send somebody in off hours. I told them forget it and I called another company. I had a technician here within 30 minutes and an hour after I had talk to them my furnace was working.

They were recommended by Mr. Rooter in Colorado Springs because they don't service Pueblo. However, do not call Patterson Plumbing and Heating. They refuse to give an estimate over the phone, so you will waste time waiting for them to come. Just to snake a drain, they will charge $332.00! I asked the plumber to leave. That is highway robbery.

Patterson Plumbing and Heating has always came to our rescue with urgency and great set of skills, solving our water problems in a timely fashion. Mike seems to be our set tech. He comes out whenever we've needed help. Recently, we had an emergency (no pressure and red/iron water) and PP&H team was able to schedule Mike to come out and trouble shoot the same day. He is always professional, eager to detect the root problem and provides important advice (to us new home buyers), helping us save money and teaching us on how to be more efficient.

Thank you, Mike and the rest of Patterson Plumbing & Heating! My husband and I appreciate everything you've done for us.
