Just had some emergency work done on my furnace and water lines. All I can say is that Caleb and Rich were amazing. These guys came out and took care of business efficiency, effectively and were also super nice and personable.
I could not have asked for a better experience.

I called Patterson plumbing & Heating (PPH) to fix a problem with our thermostats. Upon arrival, Tim Morales followed me down to the basement where I observed an additional problem...water coming from the hot water heater. Tim not only fixed the thermostat problems but he called an additional crew and had a new hot water heater delivered and installed. The crew checked all of the water pipes for corrosion, etc. Not only that but the water left a mess to say the least but when this crew left that entire area was clean as a whistle. The professionalism observed by Tim, Gyasi, Rich, and Thomas was way above and beyond what we anticipated. The only word I can come up with is ""awesome"". PPH has to be proud of this crew because we certainly are. we had visitors at the house for a period of time and they noticed the friendly, profession manner in which each of the crew members presented themselves. Additionally, the PPH customer service staff were our first contact, these agents were friendly, helpful, and considerate of our needs. They not only immediately followed up with an e-mail response with date and arrival time but also called us the due date to let us know the crew was departing the office and gave us an estimated time to expect them. Now... If that wasn't enough then customer service sent a picture on my iPhone of the person arriving to fix our problems. My wife and I are so very thankful, for the attention to detail, and response to our needs, that PPH has provided to us. We have never received such feedback on dates and/or arrival times from anyone over the many years we have dealt with other technicians. We are with Patterson Plumbing and Heating to stay. Tried to take my wife for a ride. Came over, took a look for about a minute and told her the cost would be $6,000 to clear a kitchen drain because the grease trap was outside under the patio. Said he would snake it for $500, but that probably wouldn't work.

He also told us we should go after the people we bought the house from for the cost.

Cut Rate Plumbing came today and snaked it for $78. All is good now.

A representative came and gave me an estimate
1. to install a dishwasher, by removing an existing dishwasher. His cost over $600.
2. to install a vanity sink, by removing an existing bathroom sink. His cost over $1,200.

Both the dishwasher and sink have no preexisting conditions, meaning they work perfectly. I'm only looking to put in something I find aesthetically pleasing.

Caleb and Brandon were awesome! Caleb came out to my home at the scheduled time to check my air conditioning unit. While he was there he had concerns about air flow issues, He called me and went over his concerns with me. Due to his concerns he had his Manager, Brandon contact me. I was amazed that I was receiving such excellent service. Brandon went over several concerns and took the time to explain everything to me. He asked questions and took time to listen. He never tried to up sale me. He gave me several options to try to see if this would resolve the issues. I was amazed that they would take all this time for me! Patterson Plumbing is prompt and professional and their company values show in the employees they hire! I appreciate their integrity! Thank you for assisting me! I called Patterson plumbing and heating for help with a kitchen sink backup. I called after 9:00 PM expecting to speak to an answering machine. To my surprise, a real person answered and scheduled me for an appointment the following day. She was very polite and a received two separate follow up calls.
On the day of the repair, Jon and Mark came a few minutes early up for our appointment. They were courteous and professional from the moment they walked in. The drain they came to repair turned out to be a real challenge and Jon had to try several methods but was determined to find a solution. I was impressed with his knowledge and determination. In the end, he solved the problem and they both did an outstanding job cleaning up. I will highly recommend Patterson Plumbing and especially Jon and Mark every opportunity I get.

We recently moved into a home with acreage to help dogs in need. The first cold night the furnace went out. We called Patterson Plumbing and Heating. Brandon came and evaluated our furnace the same morning. The furnace was more than 20 years old, blower didn't work, motor was slow, some safety switches not working at all. We were given a couple of options, one included replacing at a cost of over $5,000 (MANY dogs can be saved for $5,000!). Another was to see if Patterson could find the parts somewhere that were no longer made but it would likley take a week or more and might not be possible. 5 days later we receive a call that not only had the parts been found but had been received and Caleb was on his way to make repairs. He arrived at 10:40 am and left at 5:45pm. We have a new motor, new blower, all new switches and even replaced all the screws. To the company, Brandon and Caleb, thank you for your hard work, dedication to finding a cost effective solution and compassion seeing that our dogs remain warm.
