Shawn (and friend Derrick and Shawn's son) demo'd my existing shower and adjacent walls which had a slow water leak inside for years. Expertly cordoned off the master-bath with plastic to prevent dust/mold from entering the rest of the room/house. His work was Perfect! Told me what it would cost and how long. Finished on time and on budget with amazing results! Even re-built a plumbing fixture outside that desperately needed it but wasn't even part of the job. Shawn is without a doubt the best tile guy and best general contractor I've had to work at the house yet!! And my house is 45 years old. Many thanks!! Highly recommend and I intend to use again if/when needed.

This review is at least a year overdue (sorry Shawn! I am going to blame having the baby/taking care of the baby!!). Shawn remodeled one of our guest bathrooms from top to bottom in 2020 (see below for my rave review). I couldn't wait to have him back to do our fireplace. Shawn is so meticulous, funny, and upbeat. He's a great contractor and all-around person. I chose some high maintenance marble and he was so patient with me every step of the way and he did a wonderful job - of course. He even came back to install the gas cannon balls and burner pan. The fireplace looks awesome and my only regret is not doing it sooner. Shawn, we miss you and I'll be in touch soon with more projects now that the baby chaos is settling!!!

Our master bathroom shower had seen better days. Its lovely beige tile and pink grout (why!?) boasted mold that just wouldn't quit no matter how hard we scrubbed.

Our friends had recently remodeled their bathroom, and we couldn't believe how clean, modern and pristine it felt walking in to see it. ""Who'd you guys use?!"" I inquired. ""This guy Shawn, with Patriot Tile & Remodel. He's so great,"" my friend replied.

THIS. This was what we needed. So, I called Shawn and requested a quote. From the beginning, he was kind and responsive and he followed through on everything he promised.

The work started on time and was well-paced throughout. The tile workers he employs are chill guys who showed up on time every day and did a great job. We were so pleased with their progress each day.

As we were finishing up, we didn't like one part of how the tile was laid out. We told Shawn and he jumped at the opportunity to redo it, even coming onsite himself to see it through. Even with the last-minute changeup, the work finished ahead of schedule!

Honestly, choosing the tile at the tile store was the most painful part of the whole project. Now, we have a gorgeous new master bath shower that we love using. Thank you, Shawn!

Shawn & crew were fantastic contractors to work with from start to finish. He responded quickly with a fair quote. He also gave us advice on a tile supplier, which was greatly appreciated. He arrived on time every single day and was friendly, courteous and professional. He worked with us on scheduling and finished in a timely manner. He protected all surfaces in our house while he worked and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. He paid attention to every detail and every request we had. Quality master craftsmanship. We agree with the other reviewers that Shawn was very professional, provided a detailed estimate and kept us updated on the scheduled project. He is very personable, patient and easy to work with. Robert and Derick , who did our tub to walk-in shower demo and install, were here every day on schedule, maintained the site each day, focused on each detail, pleasant and very talented! The final results are outstanding!! So pleased that we selected Patriot Tile and Remodel and know you will too.

Just had Shawn (and son) demo our guest bathroom and install a new tub, shower tile and floor tile with new tub/shower fixtures. Once we had all of our materials on hand (tub, tile, fixtures) Shawn started work on a Tuesday and was finished by Saturday morning. Shawn's operation is very clean and efficient, during the demo he setup his shopvac outside with a hose running to the bathroom to keep noise levels down, he put down paper on the flooring and was sure to vacuum up dust and debris at the end of each day. The finished product was very neat and clean with straight and flush lines and he even took a cloth and alcohol to wipe down all surfaces once he was done.

Throughout the whole job Shawn was very friendly and communicative, answering any questions he had and offering constructive input when needed.

I can't say enough good things about Patriot Tile & Remodel. Shawn and his crew are professional and courteous. The quality of the work is stellar and the crew keeps the job site remarkably clean. Patriot Tile has remodeled two showers for us in the past couple of years and this review is long overdo (sorry Shawn!). We couldn't be happier with the results. Patriot's bids weren't the cheapest but they were more than reasonable and well worth it given the quality of the work. Both jobs were completed in the time frame discussed and within the price estimate agreed upon. Patriot Tile just started a third job for us replacing the tile floor in the entire house and given our previous experience with Shawn and his crew, we have complete confidence that the job will turn out beautiful.

If you need any tile job done, large or small, I highly recommend this company. Shawn really goes the extra mile to make his clients happy. Trust him with your remodel...you won't regret it.

Shawn is absolutely amazing. He showed up for the consultation on time, provided an estimate within a few days and was very easy to get in contact with during the entire process. Shawn & Robert showed up early every morning and were extremely professional, happy spirited workers the entire week. They re-did our living room floors as well as our fireplace and I could not be happier with the results. My husband & I will definitely be using them in the future for our bathrooms, and any other needs we may have down the road. My kitchen sink was leaking one morning and when I came down to make lunch, Shawn had fixed the problem - he goes above and beyond. Overall just good people and they really care about providing a beautiful home for their customers. Thank you guys!
