My wife and I recently had Patriot Tile remodel our master shower. Our initial draw to this company was due to all of the high ratings. First off, I have to say Shawn was the ONLY contractor out of the couple of contractors we requested bids from that showed up on time and provided a proposal when he said he would. Secondly, I have to say I am a huge pain in the rear to work for because I have been in construction for so long and I always look at the details and ask a lot of questions, but Shawn answered all of my questions and I could tell he was very detail oriented. Shawn had some great suggestions that helped my wife with the design. Our shower turned out perfect and I would recommend Patriot tile to anyone. Shawn and his team are punctual, professional and turn out a really great product. I don't write a lot of reviews, this is my third review I have written on Yelp, but I am happy to give one when credit is due. Thanks again guys!

We had the main bathroom in our home totally remodeled by Shawn Burns and his staff, including a complete construction of a Roman tub/shower, and it is so impressive that every time I go in there I am amazed! We coordinated with him beforehand on the concept, the tile types and colors for the walls, the inset, and the floor. We also had the plumbing changed to raise the shower head for our tall son, recessed lighting installed, a new fan/light assembly with ducting, the wall outlet raised to accommodate the vanity, and the power box for the mirror overhead light raised for the new mirror and light assembly. The linoleum floor was replaced with thick wood-like tiles, and a new toilet was installed.

Shawn and his staff were all very personable, hardworking, and professional and very considerate of the rest of the house and yard. Every day when they finished work for the day they cleaned up very well and put away all of their tools.

We fully intend to have them replace all of the carpet in our home with wood-like tile, similar to those in the new bathroom as our next major project!

Shaun and team remodeled our family room's fireplace to include in-wall HDMI wiring and electrical along with new cam lights. His team was great to work with and kept me updated with all phases of the project. The fireplace turned out great and has gotten many compliments on the work done. We'll be sure to use Shaun's team for upcoming projects. So glad we found someone who we can trust and who does exceptional work!

Shawn and his crew are as good as it gets. Patriot handled finishing our kitchen remodel, renovating two bathrooms, adding entryway tiles, trim and baseboards all over our house, installing lights, and fixing my previous contractors mistakes. He is easy to communicate with, clear, and solves problems without stressing (which is really helpful for a homeower with a lot of anxiety about the project). His estimate for the work was fair and we couldn't be happier with the work. Most importantly, he and his crew are likable, friendly, and honest.

I'm impressed again with Shawn! We contacted Him in a little bit of a panic after our tenants moved out and damaged some of the shower tiles along with the faucet fixtures in both bathrooms. Shawn was able to fit us in to repair the damages less than a week later. As expected he did an impeccable job! You can't tell at all that any of the tiles in the shower had been replaced and re-grouted. We can't recommend Patriot Tile enough and would never think of contacting anyone else for our needs!

Shawn was meticulous in his execution of my fireplace remodel. It turned out even better than I imagined, even better then the example from Pinterest I had showed him. He hand chose a beautiful wood mantle piece with character, stained and distressed it to match our coffee table. He found the perfect type of wood for the slats above the fireplace; he milled it and painted it with such beautiful precision. It was no easy task to mill everything to perfection. Our fireplace was not originally constructed with perfect angles and he had to make adjustments. I just love staring at the grooves and connections of the wood slats-- it's a thing of beauty. He worked so well with us when we were working out our initial vision and when my husband and I decided to make changes during the project. He was patient with us, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and understanding. He was very efficient and finished in 4 days! He's really at the top of his game and The Best contractor we have ever worked with. The people he brought to work with him were also very professional and everyone was so nice. It was a pleasure having them all in my home. On top of it all-- I had shopped around with other contractors for the same job and he blindly had pretty much matched the others on price without my having to haggle. Awesome.

We requested a quote from Shawn at Patriot Tile & Remodel and he was extremely prompt with getting back to us, came over to the house to look at the bathrooms then gave us a quote the next day. When we met him he was just one of those people you get a good feeling from. We had gotten quotes from 2 other contractors but Shawn's came back very competitive and when we decided to move forward with him he said ""I'm in for you guys"" and I knew we made the right choice.

We got both our hallway and master bathrooms redone and they each took about a week. We wanted a shower shelf that ran the width of the wall but the framing behind didn't allow for a depth that would hold the shampoo and conditioner bottles. Fortunately Shawn had run into this issue with another project he had worked on so he was able to quickly recommend a solution and move forward without any delay. The result was spectacular! We also wanted a herringbone patterned floor using relatively small tiles but they were so patient and made sure every piece had a clean cut and looked perfect.

The bathrooms both came out so beautifully but there were so many other details that made this process so smooth. We both trusted Shawn to be in our house while we were away at work. We also have 2 large Labradors that he was okay with having in the house gated off in the kitchen and came by periodically to give them love which seems silly but makes a huge difference to us. He also made sure to lay down a cloth tarp each day where they would be walking in and out of the house to keep their work area clean. After the projects were finished a piece of the shower hardware broke which was no fault of Shawn's. The manufacturer sent us a replacement part and he was willing to quickly come out and fix it for us. We are both so happy with the result of the bathrooms and all of our neighbors are jealous. We definitely plan to give Shawn a call again when we decide to move forward with the other projects we have. THANK YOU!

We just completed our second project with Shawn and his team....this time a double bathroom remodel. It looks absolutely amazing and my only regret is not getting it done sooner! We completely gutted 2 bathrooms down to the floors and walls. Installed new vanities, toilets, lighting, all new shower and tub pieces. Replaced drywall and built out shower shelves. New tile in showers and flooring. Pocket Door! Awesome bead-board back splash. Barn lighting. The works. I can't thank Shawn enough producing a great finishing product. I am quite a perfectionist at times and really know that Shawn does great work. He spends the time to do things right and doesn't cut corners. He has a small crew that he works with regularly. They are all great guys. So nice to have the same people on the project every day. He is great at communicating and comes in at his quoted price. He is very good at discussing problems that come up and giving a few the options so you are involved in the process. I can't wait to start my next project with Shawn.... master bathroom 2018!
