Love love love Shawn and his crew. I will never use anyone else. He helped me remodel my whole house. He installed/plumbed/tiled my kids bathroom, guest bathroom, and master bathroom. He tiled my kitchen, installed appliances. Stoned my three fireplaces. Did the brick floor in my laundry room. And brought in a crew to redo my hardwood floors (MDM flooring, who I loved also). He wasn't shy to attack anything I asked him and was honest if I asked something way out of scope or out of his expertise which I appreciated. He did minor structural, I had to move couple doors and patch up. That was his scope in summary.

I feel like I can say this, I expect perfection. I can't stand when I feel people are taking the easy way out or cutting corners. Let me just say, I still look at Shawns work and admire his work and am still looking for flaws but I just can't find any. They did an incredible job. Just as an example, the tile work, I don't have cut off tile at the top or sides, it's spaced correctly and flows together as it should. It's silly details but I noticed everyday.

The last thing I will mention is that I loved it was a small crew. I am particular about who comes into my home and who is hired. They are all very close, hard workers and so so nice. Shawn is a pretty laid back person. So easy and mellow to work with, yet when I was stressed about the project or had concerns, he would give attention to me immediately.

I am happy to talk over the phone with anyone on his work. Highly recommend his team and the quality of work he does.

Shawn as his team remodeled our entire downstairs including flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops, kitchen and bath fixtures, appliances, doors/locks, baseboards and associated plumbing, paint, and electrical work. We decided on Shawn's company, ""Patriot Tile and Remodel"" after speaking with several of our neighbors who were very happy with his work. We are extremely happy with Shawn, as well. He's a true professional, perfectionist, and a man with integrity. He has a saying: ""No problems, only solutions"", and he lives by that mantra. I think his kind of integrity is a rare thing these days. Many contractors are only looking for a paycheck. Shawn wants you to be happy, first and foremost, and he won't stop until you're happy with the results. We intend to use him for our upcoming upstairs remodel...no question. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

If you are looking for tile installation, or any other remodel job , you've found the right company. Shawn, Robert, Josh & crew from Patriot Tile & Remodel are it. We recently hired them to install porcelain wood-like tile throughout our entire downstairs and the bathrooms upstairs. When I learned Shawn is also a GC, we jumped at the opportunity to have them do additional work for us --- they installed a new mantle on our fireplace, fabricated bead-board on the fireplace step, installed tile around the fireplace, made 2 new doors in the house, installed a window, installed new floorboards. Need I go on?! Everything turned out amazing. They showed up early every morning, worked extremely hard and were professional and diligent throughout the entire remodel. Then, to top if off, they are all great guys - super friendly, easy to work with, true professionals. If a problem arose, Shawn was quick to fix it, with no questions asked. I really enjoyed working with Shawn and Patriot Tile and look forward to working with them again for future remodeling projects. They truly are top notch.

Shawn and his crew were everything you could ask for. They were busy when we tried to hire them, but they were worth the wait. Good communication. Fair price. Very professional and courteous. Some people that you hire to work on your house just go barreling through. Shawn and his team were very respectful and treated our house with care as they did their work. They were very detailed and considerate, cleaning up each day as they worked.
I would highly recommend them and will use them again for my next renovation project

I met Shawn two years ago when he came to remodel the bathroom in a house I was renting at the time. I really appreciated his crew and the way he interacted with them. As the other reviewers indicate, they were very respectful of the house and cleaned up every day before they left so life could go on as usual (well as much as it can when your only shower is under construction). Shortly after that experience we purchased our first condo, that had a guest bathroom with only a bath, no shower head, and painted tiles halfway up the wall. We got some quotes from friends who were contractors, but they all lived far away and were not generals, we would have to call in a second guy to do the plumbing portion , etc. I was looking through my pile of business cards one day and found Shawn's card and said Yes! I need to call him for a quote. He came over and gave me a good price for what I needed done, in addition to some other little projects on our to-do list. He was willing to pick out the tile and fixtures for me and I knew he would have good judgment, and he did. We wound up having to reschedule a couple of times, but I was tired of searching, and knew he was worth waiting for. We weren't in a hurry anyway! We are glad we waited. It's so nice that he is a GC and able to do more than just tile. I work from home so it was pleasant having his crew around for a couple days, and we are already planning a budget for the next project we will have him do.
Maybe I could have had Home Depot come and do the job but I prefer to contribute to small businesses if/when I can and Shawn and his guys deserve your business too!

Shawn and his outstanding crew recently just finished our major Tile Installation project, Patriot Tile definitely is worth the wait. Shawn was professional, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, and most helpful throughout our project.
The crew came ready to work, and were consistently on time. There setup and cleanup at the end of very day was just outstanding. They do high quality work and never cut corners. Shawn always kept us informed & did a fantastic job keeping us on schedule, and coordinating this major install.

The highlight of there workmanship was the custom detail of the stairway to the tiled loft, and the cutting in of a new slide- in Oven and Range, we could not be happier.
