The first time I hired Patriot Plumbing was when I had moisture coming up through my dining room floor. Another company I called first came out, looked at the floor and without any other investigating said I needed my entire house re piped for $12,000. This was a verbal quote with no details and no other options. That's when I called Patriot Plumbing and Gary came out and with his equipment located and repaired the problem. The details, prices & warranties were all clearly listed on the contract. He also answered my questions and discussed all options, not just the most expensive one.

I have hired Patriot Plumbing recently to do some non-emergency work in my home replacing faucets, toilets, etc. Angel & Gary did a great job.

This was our second time using Patriot Plumbing, and again, we were extremely pleased with the service. Our hot water heater was making strange noises, so we called Patriot Plumbing. We were able to schedule an appointment for someone to come to our home within the next few days.

Angel G. came to our home to assess and fix the issue. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival, and arrived on time. Angel was friendly and very professional. He did an excellent job of explaining the issue with our hot water heater, and then explained what was needed to fix the problem. We needed a new unit, so Angel was very good about outlining all of the costs involved. He completed the work the same day, and made sure that everything was working properly before leaving. Angel also made sure that he answered any questions that we had.

We will continue to use Patriot Plumbing for any other plumbing needs that we have in the future.

James & Dino had agreed to do my job, but at the last minute decided to cancel because I was asking too many questions before signing their contract, like exactly what would be covered with their costs? I felt pressured by James to sign the contract, which is poor business conduct! Customers should be allowed to get a complete list of work to be done on the contract and the plumber should not be shady about it. Avoid them because this company will try to upsell you. Afterwards, I got a new quote from a plumbing company that works with Home Depot and the cost was alot less and included more work. Thank goodness it did not work out with Patriot since I ended up getting a cheaper deal for quality work. Like another reviewer stated about trust issue with Patriot, I totally agree and will not be using their services!

Just not sure about these folks. Many phone calls and strong pressure to do other work that we really didn't need.Prices are high but probably no higher than other plumbers. However, they did solve the problem. Just a trust factor with me.
