My husband was having trouble removing the old stop valves for a kitchen faucet install so I sent a quote request to Patriot Plumbing and got an almost immediate reply. They showed up a few hours later - well within the time window provided - and changed the valves with minimal fuss. Friendly and helpful! Hubby was able to finish the faucet install right afterwards and everything is great!

Larry the owner was an awesome Plummer. He fixed my water heater leak in less than five minutes. He replied immediately to my message for an estimate and with a picture I provided gave him an idea of the work he had to have done. His price was 4 times cheaper than competitors. Very honest man and appreciate his work! Now I have hot water for my family.

I was having an issue removing a rusted kitchen faucet. Called Patriot Plumbing around 2pm on Friday, and they were able to have Arlyn come out a few mins later. He was AWESOME! Removed the old rusty faucet I was having issue with and helped me install the new one.

The fact that I was called back promptly, and that they had were able to send someone out kinda last minute. Was very impressive! I will be a repeat customer!

This company knows what they are doing. Couldn't be more satisfied with their sense of urgency. Arrived within 30 mins and work was completed 15 mins after that. No time off of work, no going without a shower or using the Starbucks restroom.

Sure I could have gone to the hardware store and rented that big, stinky, greasy 100ft power snake and tried to do it myself just to maybe save $40.

Nah, these guys are worth every penny.

Looking for a fair and reasonable priced plumbing company? Look no further! We needed two faucets and a shower valve replaced that were over 14 years old. But here's my take on this project, I know how to do it, but as I get older crawling under the sink isn't the way I want to start my day. I called another The Plumber company and they wanted $690 just for labor (the hardware I bought at Home Depot) and the quote for labor from Patriot Plumbing was 1/2 from the price from the other company.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. These people will are unprofessional, overpriced, and rude. They tore up my yard, left trash, and their quality of work was so poor, I'm having to pay EVEN MORE money to get my yard and driveway fixed.

My complaints are
1. that I was misled regarding the quality of faucet that your company supplied, and
2. that you would not warranty your work when I had to have it replaced after only one year of use.

Larry, I am in disagreement with was the faucet that your company assured me was a quality kitchen faucet, but it failed after a year of use. That does not indicate to me that it was ever a good faucet that your company supplied and told me it was of high quality.

TO clarify the second point, Larry, I did not ask you to warranty the product you were installing, but to warranty your work (installing the new-in-the-box Grohe faucet I purchased).

It is important to correctly address a client's concerns accurately.

Had an appt for a week, supposed to be here early, no call, after 12 pm a guy called with some weak excuse about a ""big"" job, could have called yesterday. Very unprofessional and frankly, I expected better. NEVER AGAIN. I have used Brock Plumbing in the past, should have called them.
