My fiancé and I just bought a house and surprise-surprise, we've having a few issues here and there with plumbing. Thankfully, it was all typical DIY stuff, until the faucet out front decided to become quite difficult.

I was stumped on how to take care of it myself and decided to call a plumber. This was the first and last company I called. They were so polite, honest and efficient in how they explained the situation, they were understanding when I explained I couldn't afford their Overtime Rate over the weekend--which was still reasonable, I think--and it was just an overall great experience over the phone.

Then Chris and Derrick showed up to my house. Those two gentleman were so polite and fast, I couldn't even finish the pudding cup I opened after showing them where the job was. They also helped me turn my water back on, both at the street and in the garage, explaining which one to work with in the future and recommending a replacement for the valve in the garage (I'll be calling this company back for that in the future). Both of these gentlemen were very courteous and answered all my questions without any snark whatsoever. I really appreciated it.

As a side note, I showed Chris a faucet that I had purchased from Lowe's, wondering if I could possibly save some money on parts, when he explained that he had one of his own and he had to use it in order to guarantee their work, I instantly felt at ease regarding the additional cost. I like the idea that this company isn't a fire and forget kind of deal.

Thank you everyone involved who helped me, I really do appreciate it and you made my day. Now time to wash all the dishes that piled up while my water was turned off.

After getting a ridiculous quote from another company, I called my HOA to see what plumbers they use. Thank god they gave me the number to Patriot Plumbing. They gave me a honest quote, and made quick work of everything. Thank you for your honesty. Apparently all companies don't give the same courtesy...

I workin obstruction, so I know about workmanship and honesty.
I wanted to find a plumber I trust so my wife can call them and feel comfortable. These guys solved my drain problem and with integrity. I highly recommend them. I will exclusively use Patriot plumbing.

I have had Patriot Plumbing out twice now. Once to fix a broken main and one to fix a broken drain pipe from the kitchen. Danny and Blue were out and they did an incredible job! Had to bust into the foundation and stucco. Both very professional, down to earth, friendly, and cared about the situation like it was their own house. Any plumbing needs will definitely be through Patriot again. Danny has been out to Both jobs while Blue was at one. Definitely recommend them to any plumbing issues you have!!! Thanks Again!!

Don't waste your money. $200 an hour labor for two guys to replace a stripped shower valve insert. One man job that took 10 minutes but since he was training a new guy apparently you have to pay for two techs. $20 dollar part marked up 3x what they paid. And yes I called to get the price from the same store. Con-artists.

Our kitchen sink had backed up over the weekend, and I tried snaking from both the trap and from the cleanout outside, but didn't hit the obstruction. So I figured it was time to call a pro. I called Patriot Plumbing on Monday morning, and they had a team of plumbers out later that afternoon. Their first attempt to clear the drain had the same problem I did. They called back for a longer rooter device and were back at the job about 20 minutes later. They found a build-up of grease at a bend in the line and were able to scrape it away from the inside of the pipe. Sink is back in full working order with a 30-day guarantee if anything reoccurs. And the price was great. Highly recommend for cleaning out a drain line if you have a similar issue...

I've had these folks come snake a stubborn drain, install new washer supply valves, and install a smart water shutoff to the house. All work was done quickly, correctly, and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

We have had Larry or Mike work on our plumbing issues on both our residence and a couple of rentals. They come in give an honest assessment of the situation. Charge reasonable fees and clean up their work areas. Highly recommend.

Recommended by my sister, these guys came in to take care of a slab leak and did great work. They were very thorough and considerate of where they had to cut into the walls to reroute the piping.
