Saturday evening when I frantically called because water was all over my floor. He was knowledgeable and talking with him eased my mind. Danny and other plumbers from Patriot plumbing were able to find the leak and reroute the pipes. It was a hot water slab leak. I am very relieved to have it fixed and to have been charged a fair price. Pipe broke under my house. Danny and Nick came bright and early, suited up and squeezed into the crawl space on the far side of the house! Replaced 30feet of pipe, now Ican use the kitchen sink again! The two young men were very polite and neat...the bill was just under $600.

This review is for customer service not labor. Made telephonic contact, explained project, he indicated he was interested, forwarded approved plans for review and bidding, inquired for an update, was ignored, never received bid. Could have simply said unable, not interested, or simply cant do project. Communication is key. Took my $10K-$15K new construction plumbing project elsewhere. Oh, and he even missed out on an additional $25K, pre-treatment septic system he stated he could do. He could have made 35-40K.

I paid for a complete water pipe replacement. Patriot did not pull a permit and botched the job. They lied to me about replacing all pipe. They did not. They did not replace 85 feet of in ground pipe. There were leaks at all connections in house. They did not insulate or support pipes off of the ground. They left an absolute mess under my house.
This matter is currently under investigation by the CA State Contractors Board. They are required by law to pull a permit. They never do. I ask every person who left a positive review - ""was the work inspected by the city inspector? ""
I've been going to Patriot for 5 years. They have never pulled a permit. The state is investigating all of these jobs.
Caution to plumbers - It's a $5,000 fine for unpermitted work. Per offense. And you risk losing your license for multiple offenses.
