I am sorry to write a negative review as Danny and Blue were very nice, but they misdiagnosed the leak saying it was a drain issue, told to leave the water on which caused more water leaking under the kitchen flooring, luckily I caught it and turned the water off. Almost had an adjacent bathroom wall demo'd for the scheduled ""drain"" issue 4 days later. All that being said, it was difficult for the plumber I contacted the next day to find the leak, but he did. The service charge would have gone towards the repair, but that was lost because I used someone else, but the job was done correctly.

Guys were prompt and friendly. We needed a grease trap for our business and these guys were not only the best deal in town but also the most honest . Others tried to add on things and make up things , that any individual can look up on Google and walk .

Danny from Patriot Plumbing immediately returned my call on a
Saturday evening when I frantically called because water was all over my floor. He was knowledgeable and talking with him eased my mind. Danny and other plumbers from Patriot plumbing were able to find the leak and reroute the pipes. It was a hot water slab leak. I am very relieved to have it fixed and to have been charged a fair price. I will highly highly recommend this company to my friends and will continue to use this company for any of my plumbing needs.

Our hot water heater died. We called Patriot Plumbing, having used their services in the past. Larry and Aiden came out and, as usual, were fast, efficient, honest, clean, reasonable, and more than fair. I would recommend them to anyone at any time. My shower knob broke and it wouldn't turn off, made the phone call to Larry and he dispatched someone to me in less than an hour. Pipe broke under my house. Danny and Nick came bright and early, suited up and squeezed into the crawl space on the far side of the house! Replaced 30feet of pipe, now Ican use the kitchen sink again! The two young men were very polite and neat...the bill was just under $600.

This review is for customer service not labor. Made telephonic contact, explained project, he indicated he was interested, forwarded approved plans for review and bidding, inquired for an update, was ignored, never received bid. Could have simply said unable, not interested, or simply cant do project. Communication is key. Took my $10K-$15K new construction plumbing project elsewhere. Oh, and he even missed out on an additional $25K, pre-treatment septic system he stated he could do. He could have made 35-40K.
