Had an appt for a week, supposed to be here early, no call, after 12 pm a guy called with some weak excuse about a ""big"" job, could have called yesterday. Very unprofessional and frankly, I expected better. NEVER AGAIN. I have used Brock Plumbing in the past, should have called them.

Called for a problem with a slow flushing toilet. Gave me an arrival time of 2 p.m.. shortly after that they called back to see if they could come out earlier. They arrived at about 12. Worked on it for about 1/2 hour and was good to go. Gave me the military discount since I'm retired A.F... very happy

Turned out our house didn't have a pressure regulator and pressure was very high. Arnel handled a tough job of digging out the main line in the front yard and installing a regulator. Took a week to get a non-emergency appointment but worth the wait.

Wow! I couldn't possibly say enough good things about these guys! They came to the rescue on very short notice, in the cold, dark and rain to clear our area drains. They did a great job and saved us lots of flood damage. I was shocked at how fair and honest the price was when we could have been charged a lot, lot more by an unscrupulous plumber. I would trust these guys all day, any day and recommend them 100%

These guys are the greatest!!! I called on a Friday afternoon and they were backed up with lots of service calls and, after speaking to Jamie, he promised they would still try to make it out. Sure enough, Arnell (the plumber) came out and took care of a drain problem and he fixed it fast and at a reasonable rate. I cannot thank Jamie and Arnell enough. I always use Patriot Plumbing for our plumbing issues and I highly recommend them.

I discovered this morning (Sunday) that my back yard was flooded. After attempting to find services on HomeAdvisor and making calls to several plumbing companies that boast on their website ""call anytime, 7 days a week,"" (which was not true), I came across Patriot Plumbing. I read their reviews which were positive so I phoned and to my surprise, a man answered. I explained my situation and he replied, ""I can be there within the hour."" He arrived in less than an hour and on a Sunday!! I've discovered that with some of these companies ""call anytime, 7 days a week"" doesn't include Sundays or holidays!! As if emergencies don't happen on those days. Well, Patriot Plumbing (Mike) arrived, handled my problem with extreme professionalism and know how. And it was done at a fair price. If you have plumbing needs do call ""anytime, 7 days a week"" Patriot Plumbing. Don't bother going through the alphabetic, especially if you have an emergency on a Sunday or holiday, because the others aren't available. Call Patriot Plumbing, you'll not only be satisfied with the services, but pleased that they answered the phone. Well done!

Had a water heater installed by The Plumber which unfortunately was malfunctioning in spite of it being a new installation. As they were indifferent about it being fixed or again replaced, I ended up with Patriot Plumbing who were excellent!

First experience backed up sewer line on a Sunday during football season!
Called early 11 am, showed up immediately less then 2 hrs fair reasonable pricing
Larry, made sure all sewage mess was cleaned, and water restored:)
2 nd experience home had under ground slab leak called patriot for Larry to diagnose the accident.... The leak was correctly diagnosed. Larry and his team contacted insurance, restoration company ,and repaired the plumbing disaster.
My experience for both occassions were extremely urgent.
The review is lengthy because it's important to acknowledge good workmanship as well as reliability and reasonable pricing.
Our review is we recommend Patriot Plumbing consider all the staff to be top notch!
