We are very relieved that we contacted Patrick to diagnose and repair our water heater after the pilot light went out. The gas company was not able to help so we contacted Patrick, who was able to come out the same morning. He was not only professional and courteous but he took extra steps to make sure repairs could be done as soon as possible. He was willing to find a part even though the supplier was difficult to contact. He did a good job contacting the manufacturer to verify our warranty status. Most of all he delivered as promised and worked hard to make sure we were completely satisfied before he left. It's good to know we can count on him in the future if we need his services again.

I had a clogged sewer line in the back of my long backyard. I called him in the evening and even though he was busy the next day, Patrick brought over a monster rotary rooter early the next morning and fairly easily rooted out my clog, cleaning about 100 feet of sewer pipe, for a reasonable $145. I will readily use him the next time I have any plumbing problems.

Patrick has come out a few times now to help with a clogged bath tub and also a clogged utility sink. And he is polite, friendly and VERY informative. He does quality work and never rushes the job.
