Once again Patrick came though with impeccable service. Fixed a frozen shower valve cartridge. Took his time and got it out without issue and replaced. Sealed everything up afterward and tested multiple times. Thanks again Patrick!

Pat is the tradesman you want on the other end of the line in an emergency. He is timely, courteous, professional, diligent, dedicated, and doesn't just fix/replace, he leaves whatever he touches better than it was before any issue even arose. We had an old water heater that started to leak. I didn't really know where to start with water heaters, so I contacted a few plumbing companies on Yelp.

Patrick was the first to get back to me. He spent around 15 mins answering all my questions over the phone, and even came by my house the same day to assess the situation, even though it was a Saturday. We scheduled the install for Sunday morning.

Sunday morning he arrived right on time with everything needed for the install. He spent more time with me answering questions I had about possible water damage, and he even called one of his contacts who is experienced in cleaning up water damage.

He explained the work he was going to do, replacing the plumbing connections (so these wouldn't be a future point of failure), explained the parts of the new water heater and what makes it better than the old one, and was very personable and professional.

His price seemed very fair and he finished the install ahead of schedule. I'd highly recommend Patrick for water heater or any plumbing needs!

Arrived home after 7:00pm from a trip and water all over floor of garage from leak in pipe to hot water heater. Called Patrick's Plumbing and expected message but he answered. He told me what to do to handle problem until next day. He was at our house before noon the next day to fix issue. He is very professional. Charges were very reasonable. He went beyond the normal for us. Will definitely use again if/when need arrives.

Incredibly quick service response time! Called Patrick this morning and he made some availability in his schedule to come out and repair our toilet. A few companies advised they would have to replace the entire toilet, but Patrick said he could provide a minor repair that would keep the toilet in working order without breaking the bank.

When he arrived, he was polite, professional and kept the bathroom area clean. After he completed the repair, he brought me in to review what he corrected and showed me the old parts he replaced. While this seems minor, it shows an honest approach to his work.

All in all, great experience and would definitely contact him again in the future!
