I have never made a better phone call in my life! After finding a plumbing issue I called one of our local town plumbers who never called back and 2 days went by and I called again and they didn't call back so I took a chance with Gilberti plumbers. I called and within 30 minutes I had a call back and within 30 minutes of that Joe was in my kitchen talking to me. He immediately fixed one issue and said he had to order a part for the second and the next day he was back again first thing in the morning to resolve all my Plumbing issues. I am still dumbfounded by the service I received and all with a pleasant, knowledgeable, trained and professional staff. Where have you guys been all my Plumbing life? You are now my plumbers of choice and I'm singing your praises to all my family and friends. Called on a Tuesday the toilet was not working. Dan came early the next morning and fixed it right up. He was courteous and knew exactly what to do. I was very please with his work and would use him again.

Have to post about Pat Gilbertie Plumbing. They know their stuff, are efficient, on time, trustworthy and don't hammer you with their service fees. Dan just left after plucking a cinnamon stick stuck in the sink pipes, hmm maybe no more cinnamon sticks in my chicken soup!

Had a leaking toilet and shower handles not properly installed. He explained the problem and fixed the issues quickly and efficiently and cleaned up behind. Should anything else arise, I will definitely call back.

House cleaner snapped a handle off a second story shower faucet, therefore the water main was off in the house.

Joe, from Gilberties took out the Moen cartridge. After about 10 minutes Joe announced he couldn't get the new Moen cartridge to fit. Joe refused to wait for me to call customer service from Moen. He just left saying he couldn't fix it. Gilberties told me they couldn't fix it and offered the names of 3 other plumbers!

Within 5 minutes Moen's customer service told me the fix for installing the new cartridge.

Gilberies never called back or returned. They completely abandoned us.

Can you imagine a plumber not knowing how to fix a faucet?
Can you imagine a plumber leaving and not returning?

I live in Wilton and needed a plumber. For years I used an outfit from the Danbury area. I called them and could not get an appointment for 3 days. While not an emergency wanted to get this fixed. I have seen the Pat Gilbertie trucks around town and I also checked YELP. I saw the positive reviews and decided to call Gilbertie. GLAD THAT I DID! These guys are ""A"" players. Very professional and terrific to deal with. Great and fair pricing. They called to reconfirm the appointment and gave me a fairly exact time of when they would be there. The plumber looked at the problem and said it was even easier than first thought. He fixed it quickly and pointed out that the flapper inside the toilet tank should be replaced as it was wearing out. I would highly recommend calling them and I am happy to support a Wilton based company.
