Pat Gilbertie Plumbing has taken care of my plumbing-related issues for more than 10 years. This past week they took care of two toilet-related issues in my home. They were able to fix one toilet but recommended that I should replace the other toilet. Both toilets were approximately 30 years. I highly recommend Pat Gilbertie Plumbing. I had them come out to my house for a number of issues and I was impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Let me first start with scheduling, I left a message with Jerry and he returned my call within minutes and he told me that he'd get me on the schedule asap and he did just that. Five Stars on Scheduling. The day of the appointment Jerry called to give me the heads up that the technician was coming. When Dan arrived on time I threw a number of issues at him, walked him thru the house, he was very receptive and explained to me in detailed what the issues where and possible solutions for each... a number of the issues were things that did not need to be addressed immediately unlike other plumbers that are too quick to jump into fixing issues that could definitely wait/or should be observed before making a decision on what to do and and sending big bills. To me Dan provided me with outstanding customer service. If you are looking for a plumber do not hesitate to call these guys... great pricing and excellence all across the board. Highly recommend them!

Having moved to Wilton less than a year ago, we needed to find a go-to plumber and with all the recent downpour storms, our sump pump died on us and we needed an urgent repair to prevent flooding in our finished basement. I called Pat Gilbertie before they opened on a Thursday and left a VM, and got a call back within 30 minutes and they were there by noon to install the new sump pump at a very reasonable price. Joe who installed our sump was very knowledgeable and professional, and did a great installation job in under an hour. I have never made a better phone call in my life! After finding a plumbing issue I called one of our local town plumbers who never called back and 2 days went by and I called again and they didn't call back so I took a chance with Gilberti plumbers. I called and within 30 minutes I had a call back and within 30 minutes of that Joe was in my kitchen talking to me. He immediately fixed one issue and said he had to order a part for the second and the next day he was back again first thing in the morning to resolve all my Plumbing issues. I am still dumbfounded by the service I received and all with a pleasant, knowledgeable, trained and professional staff. Where have you guys been all my Plumbing life? Called on a Tuesday the toilet was not working. Dan came early the next morning and fixed it right up. He was courteous and knew exactly what to do. I was very please with his work and would use him again.

Have to post about Pat Gilbertie Plumbing. They know their stuff, are efficient, on time, trustworthy and don't hammer you with their service fees. Dan just left after plucking a cinnamon stick stuck in the sink pipes, hmm maybe no more cinnamon sticks in my chicken soup!

Had a leaking toilet and shower handles not properly installed. He explained the problem and fixed the issues quickly and efficiently and cleaned up behind. Should anything else arise, I will definitely call back.
