Donna W.The air conditioner had broken during those hot days. Called Paso Robles Heating and Air and was scheduled to have some come out. Stephanie the receptionist was super friendly. She let me know when they would be coming out and called and left a reminder the day before.
Dany came out in the morning to fix our unit. He explained what he was doing and explained in a way so we would understand. The unit is old and he fixed it with it's problems as an older unit. He told us what he was doing to help with the problem. We are so happy with his service and kindness he showed us. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating and cooling unit. There will be a day when we will need a new unit..... and I will be calling them!
It is when things go wrong you find out the true nature of a company. I was referred to Paso Robles Heating and Air from a friend who used their service to repair his air conditioning unit. At the end of December 2021 we had a split system installed in our home. We had limited availability and they were great in accommodating our schedule. The initial installation plan was modified when the installers pointed out some problems and I went with their suggestions. The installation went well. They were very clean, courteous, and friendly. 3 head units were installed. 2 worked perfectly. The 3rd had a problem. It did not work. They sent someone the next day to try to fix the problem. A new part was ordered. The part was installed, and the unit was working. Two months later went to the home and turned on the problem unit. It again started making a clicking noise. This was Friday night at 10:00 p.m. I called on Saturday morning around 8:30 a.m. received a call back within a few minutes. He would be out later that morning. Sure enough he arrived. During the interim he called the individual who installed the new part and had an idea of the unit and possible problem. He was there awhile, and the unit was fixed. Thank you. There was no discussion about who was responsible or trying to cast blame to others, it was just fixed. Certainly I would have preferred the unit not to have broken, but appreciate the quick response, accepting responsibility for the unit (likely a manufacturing defect), and making the timely repair. They have been great to work with.
Mark came by our home to inspect our attic because we weren't getting any air flow in 2 of our rooms. Upon inspection, he discovered that the main trunk which feeds a wye to the living room and dining room had fallen off completely. He reattached the duct and secured it properly. He also recommended that we use a different kind of air filter for better airflow.
This guy was a hard worker, honest and wasn't trying to sell me any extras like some of the technicians we've hired before from other companies.
I'm very happy with the service I continually get from Paso Robles Heating and Air. I usually request Mark Delay as my tech due to his ability to quickly diagnose and solve my problems. In this case Chris and Matt added a return to our HVAC system. The work was fast, clean, and exceeded my high expectations.

After a really bad experience with smart 72 this company was a breath a fresh air. They have great customer service. Their employees are kind and Knowledgeable. We had a furnace replaced in our home and could not be happier. I highly recommend Paso Robles heating and air.

Chloe Rose T.They fixed one of the issues that I had, but I was treated like dirt. I'm not sure if it was because I was a tenant or because I was a woman. Either way they I was not treated very well. I will be hiring someone else to fix the other issue. I am super disappointed in the service they provided and hopefully someone else will have a better experience.
Great experience with Paso Robles Heating and Air. Steve was knowledgeable and thorough. I thought he gave excellent feedback and recommendations.
Have worked with them over a span of 8 year now. When they arrive the work is good and they are very professional. That is if they arrive. The office is notorious for cancelling appointments at the last second. The first occurrence was in 2013. We did not have any heat and our infant son had a fever. They knew the situation but cancelled last second twice. They stated that their regular customers all had the same problem and they had to address them first. Now forward to 2020. Made the appointment two weeks in advance. The working day before the appointment they cancelled it the last second also. When I called to ask why they stated the same excuse. Now we are in South County and they are in Paso Robles. My take is that they service their local customers first and if they have enough customers in South County, then they will come. It has happened too many times for me to say that this is a coincidence. I would stay away from this company if you live in the South County.
