After the sweltering summer of 2023 in which a local company failed to repair our airconditioner (but charged us $1300), we asked Paso Robles Heating and Air to either repair or replace our existing a/c. They came out to our house and found out that the a/c could not be repaired. It was too damage because it was poorly installed in 2011. We settled on a fair price for a new unit. They took two days for installation. In May one of their workers (Lance) came out and tested the unit to make sure there were no glitches in the system. He did a cautious and thorough investigation -- much better than was done by the previous company.
The good news: We sat at home today in a comfortable house at 78 degrees F, while it was 104 degrees F. outside. Thank you PRHA and Lance.

We had Paso Robles Heating and Air replace our water line out to the street. They were reasonably priced, great to work with, and went above and beyond helping with city permitting issues; especially when we discovered we also had some public street tree issues that made the job more difficult. Their technician quoted me $6000 to replace a water heater. After discussion, they agreed to do the job for $5500. To justify the price, their technician complained about the cost of doing business in California. I thanked the tech and called the next reputable local plumber that carried the same equipment and they did the job for just under $2000.

I called for service this morning to address a problem caused by a handy-man that he couldn't fix. I needed a hose connected from the water line to my new frdige. Chris came out around 12:00-ish and fixed in one hour what the other person took 3 hours to mess up.
Chris was very friendly, pleasant, and professional. I was very impressed with his work. I would recommend him and the team at Paso Robles Plumbing, Heating, and Air. They provided good service and got here earlier than expected. Thanks again for the excellent service!!

I highly recommend Paso Robles Heating and Air. Cam was my technician and he did a great job. I have a very difficult furnace to service due to very tight quarters...he fixed issues previous service companies repaired incorrectly. Again, highly recommend.

If you take my advice do not use Paso Robles Plumbing Heating and Air.
The new owners of this business have allowed the service department to practically collapse.
For ten years we dealt with this company. Our heating/A/C was installed by Don the owner who sold this company and it seems the service upon which one could have depended went with Don.
Today an appointment was set for a service technician to attend to our HVAC and our twice a year seasonl service. At 4 PM when no-one had arrived I phoned, to enquire as to the status of the technician's arrival.
The dispatcher said that there was no technician assigned to our home. Yet his same dispatch department phoned me on Wednesday the 14th Feb to ask if I could change my service appointment from Wednesday the 21st to the 14th. Where is the integrity? Where is the trust? Use this company at your peril.

Came out to diagnose a heater problem and quickly found the issue. Got the correct part the next morning and fixed that day. Even showed me the part that went bad and explained what was wrong with it. Plus, Chris was a nice guy who thoroughly explained the process.

My heat stopped working. The inside of my house was 57. I called Paso Robles plumbing at 7:30 in the morning they arrived at 10:30. A nice young man came walking into my house. His name was Cam. He was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. All the issues were fixed. I will use Paso Robles plumbing in the future.
