In mid-January, I woke up with my toilet backed up and black sludge in my bathtub. I phoned a few friends who suggested that I could be dealing with a serious (and possibly costly) mainline issue. Of course, my friends had some ""handy"" pals that tinker with a bit of everything. They offered to send them over to take a look. For me, that's a big NO!! This is a job for Superman!!!!! So, I looked on the Nextdoor app and saw that Pasadena Plumbing came highly recommended by a host of neighbors. I called and Mike and his apprentice, Mark were at my door in about 30 minutes. It was late Friday afternoon. So, they did some troubleshooting, diagnosis and promised to return on Monday to fix the issue. Unfortunately, my 99 year old home did not have a clean out valve. Not an issue for Mike and Mark. On Monday, they showed up, installed a clean out valve, did the snake and discovered a larger issue. ROOTS in the main line!! Okay, I am not going to bore with ALL of the specifics. But I can tell you that after Mike worked his magic and after his Hydrojet guy, Juan worked his magic, I am on course to not having another main line problem for another 99 years. Side note: It took Juan several days to get to our home. (His business is thriving!) But I feel that he was definitely worth the wait. I'd like to add that I am confident that their pricing was fair, reasonable and a very good value. Mike, Mark and Juan were so kind and compassionate. I'm in my 60's and mom is in her 80's. We felt that we were in extremely good hands. I can say with confidence that I highly (i mean HIGHLY) recommend these guys.

He knew what the problem was just from the pictures and saved my family and I from a night of not having hot water!

Lateral drain back up and was a mess on driveway. Mike came the same day and communicated he can come earlier than appt scheduled at last minute.
Mike was awesome. Diagnosed the problem, solved it quickly and gave an explanation. Also helpful advice. He was done in less than 15 minutes. Very grateful and appreciative as I feared the worst. Highly recommend.

Sink had low water flow. Previous plumber quoted a main line sewage line clean out to the street costing $1000.00. Michael was honest , experienced and fixed problem which WAS NOT the sewer line but a filter in faucet. Good diagnosis by Michael . cost was good . Thanks

Called Mike from Pasadena Plumbing because I had a leak in my water main in my front yard. 30 min. later Mike comes out with his crew, diagnoses the problem and I gave him the approval to do the job. Mike and his crew got started right then, digging and prepping the work area for the job to be done including rigging the pipes so that we still had water overnight. The next morning Mike is back at it bright and early. By the end of the day Mike and his crew had completed the job, cleaned up nicely. His price was so fair that I tipped him for the good work. Referred them to my neighbor and she was equally satified with their response time, work quality and especially their price. I will use them for all of my future plumbing needs.

Very good and honest people. My wife called them because we had another company that could not open a clogged sink and wanted to charge $1000 to dot it. Mike sure knows what he is doing. He assured me he can do it. Honestly, I had my doubts but Mike sure proved me wrong . He unclogged all my drains (found out my bar sink was also clogged and did not know it). He gets it done quick and easy. I love it. It is a nightmare to have your drain kitchen rain clogged for days and plumbers cannot open it. Look no further these guys are great. I highly recommend them. You will not regret it.

Our toilet wasn't flushing properly. Mike came by with his assistant in ten minutes. They worked their magic, unclogged the toilet and we were back in business.

Mike was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had a blockage due to flushable wipes (which aren't flushable). He cleared the clog once, but a couple days later it clogged again. Mike came by and fixed the problem again without charging me and this time double checked to make sure we got them all out. There were a lot. Other companies tried to upsell to hydro-jetting, but Mike said it wasn't necessary. He cleared it out with a minimal fee and I'm happy I didn't have to spend an arm and a leg.
