We contacted Parzival Plumbing and they were able to get a technician out by today, lucky us! Andrew was super professional, explained the whole process, and I definitely feel that we got value for the money we pay. Most of all I felt I could trust this company immediately, everything was photographed, appointments and payment were streamlined. This is important to us as short term rental hosts, we're always looking for local small businesses we can trust to keep on hand and we know we'll be calling them again with this old house. Needed a lateral sewage inspection for a permit. Evan did a great job, found roots to clean out, provided the usb for the district. Appointment very well coordinated.

This company is as good as they get! We have been working with Parcival for over 5 years now on many issues. They are always fantastic. Professsional, competent, responsive, personal in their care for customers and always trustworthy. Thomas, Chris, and the inside staff are wonderful people. Yesterday, they replaced a water heater for my 86 year old aunt within 6 hours of our call. They really care and provide amazing service.

Very happy with Parzival. I've called them for a few projects including replacing a kitchen faucet. They respond promptly and accommodate my schedule as best as they can. Their technicians are diligent and explain what they're doing very clearly. Having dabbled with some DIY plumbing projects myself, I have a true appreciation for the skill level of these guys.

Owner is RUDE + although touts 'free estimates' he charges $179 to look at water heater & not fix it! I spent 20 minutes of MY time to take and eml pics to him w/ detailed simple questions: 1. Cost to hook up natural gas firepit to existing natural gas line. He got HOSTILE & raised his voice, when I asked him to quote price for it. He acted like he never heard of a gas line before & refused to give me ballpark to hook it up. It is a simple question. Not rocket science. 2. Cost to fix fix leaking tankless water heater. No free estimate but $179 to look at it which doesn't include fixing it. Not sure how PARZIVAL PLUMBING stays in business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and bizarre way of doing business.

Very pricey and maybe just a little dishonest. I already knew from doing my own research that all I needed was to snake my washer drain which should've run about $150. After asking a few questions and testing the water back up, Parzival's plumber said he needed to move my washer, get in the back of it, do all this stuff and ended up quoting $284. I told him that's really expensive and he replied that he doesn't make the prices. So I thanked him and we parted ways. I probably would've given only one star but he did come out the same day and he was nice to my dog so I gave an extra star for that. The next plumber I called quoted me $135, came the same day, asked his questions, snaked the drain without having to move the washer or disconnect anything and was done within 30 min. I gave plumber #2 a nice tip and will be hanging on to his business card.

We had some blocked sinks and they replied within the hour to set up a free estimate. Dean arrived on time, gave us an estimate, and went to work! He was courteous, respectful of our home, and incredibly quick and efficient. Our drains are working great and we would definitely call Parzival plumbing for any future needs!

My kitchen sink wouldn't drain and after taking everything apart and running a snake through it 3 different times and trying our clean out to no avail, I knew I needed some professionals. I called Parsival Plumbing at 9 that night and they had someone here at 10 the next morning. Matt was super helpful and got the job done quickly and efficiently, now my sink drains perfectly and I can use my dishwasher and kitchen again.
