Tom is honest and is willing to do what it takes for him to earn your trust and satisfaction. I hired Tom to do a plumbing job; the job became more involved, so Tom became my project manager to ensure my issue was resolved. He got the right people in to ensure I was up and running again.
We had a misunderstanding, so Tom was willing to reduce his bill by 50%. He is such a professional, honest, and a nice person that I would have felt guilty if I took that offer for the top quality work he had done. We worked it out, and I paid more than the 50% rate. I just want to point this out to convey that Tom is a 1st class person and plumber.

Wow, this guy is good! He has done work at our house several times previously and I should have left a review before, but every time he has come out, our ancient house has presented unexpected challenges, but each time he has been patient and found resolution to the problem without taking us to the cleaners financially. He has also been very fair on the pricing, and as the problems became more complicated, he compromised more on the cost so as not to empty our checking account. He's a very honest and personable guy, and he works hard to ensure your satisfaction. I have no qualms about giving him my highest recommendation.

Thomas was awesome. I had a main line clog. He came out early (to try to get things working for my family) at 7am. His price was more than fair. He gave me a few options and really went out of his way to clear things up quickly. He also fixed a leaking toilet. After a camera examination of the main line, he determined that nothing else was necessary. He is very honest, and is a great guy.

Thomas was great to work with. I have a rental property and the tenant had a clogged drain. Sounds like a cinch for a professional plumber right? Well Thomas spoke to me at night when I called him and showed up the next day. It was a 2 sink master bath that drains to a single pipe. I guess the challenge is getting a snake to go down.....Well it took a couple of hours (longer than expected) but Thomas honored his original estimate. Everyone is happy and clearly Thomas is a man of his word. Yelp can be so incredibly helpful. This is how I found him!!
