I called on a Monday to request a service appointment for a leak in the garage ceiling. I had an appointment for Thursday. They came out and said they have protocols and I need to hire an asbestos company first before they cut into the drywall.
I asked Bryan the tech, why they wouldn't have told me that before they came out? If another trade needs to do work before you, why wouldn't you tell me that on Monday? This is not an old property. I've had multiple plumbers out before and this is the first time Ive heard of such a protocol. It's not the protocol I'm irritated with but this company let my leak go on for 4 days only to come out to tell me they can't touch it before their required asbestos testing. Then he wanted to charge me $185. They didn't tell me about the service charge when I was on the phone making an appointment either. Maybe they should try communicating requirements before setting up appointments?!
The technician was completely rude and short. This is by far the worst company I've dealt with in years.

Honestly i hate when I have to deal with plumbing issues because after plumbers leave it's a huge mess that is left BUT for once in my life I couldn't be happier that Luke came out and was our tech who assisted us with a leak he was so friendly and on top of it at the end he cleaned everything up and left it even cleaner than before he got here. I would only request for Luke ever again and he has a customer for life!

On Sunday Morning our kitchen was flooded, called several plumbers including our family one, and only a few called back.

Jacob at Partners showed up Sunday afternoon helped me determine it was a slab leak and gave us advice on how to survive until insurance came in.

Thank for your showing up Partners (Yes there was a pretty hefty fee but it was a Sunday after all)

I really like Partners Plumbing. They are super responsive and very respectful. I've had work done by them a couple times. The other day I had some work done by Luke (highly recommend this plumber) and I was worried that I still had a leak. I called and talk to Frances (very friendly). I voiced my concerns and she had a plumber out here within in an hour to check on it! It ended being nothing - clearly I don't know piping :-) . The plumber took the time to show me where the work was done. It was ok and not leaking. I fell really good that I had Jimi & Ian stop by to put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Partners Plumbing.

Not sure who they knew in the HOA to get a referral but would not recommend. Rarely do I give bad reviews, but this is warranted. hopefully it will make them take a look at their customer service. Waited four hours for service window of 1 to 4 p. no call no show... tech called at 6:04 p to say he was there ..would definitely not trust them to work on my leak if this is their MO.

I had a refrigerator icemaker valve that was leaking badly. The valve is installed out from the wall too close to the cabinets to be able to service it. I was concerned we would have to remove the cabinets to get it removed or cut into the wall. Jacob from partners came out, he was calm, he explained the extent of the work and the options available. He was able to replace it without having to drill holes in the cabinets or go into the walls. He handled the work quickly, educated me on future options, and gave me advice on how to prevent the valve from being broken in the future. Thanks, Jacob, and plumbers. Great service much appreciated.

We just bought our house and wanted to add/update some things. We are adding a water softener but the water valve is so old that the tech would not install the line until we have the valve replaced. (He feared, which is likely, that once he turns the valve on/off, it won't close off again. Anyway, our HOA suggested Partners Plumbing, so we called them right away for a quote. Luke came out as scheduled and gave us a reasonable quote. He later came back on a scheduled date to complete the work. Luke was very patient and knowledgeable with all my questions and very thorough with the work. He answered all my questions in regards to different projects for the future and thoroughly inspected every concerned area. Partners dealt with the HOA concerns thoroughly, posted signs, turn off the water to the community, etc.. it was a stress-free experience, and I would totally recommend them. Moreover, use them for future jobs. Thank you again Partners and Luke!
