Really appreciate the work product provided me, by Jimi and Jacob. Over the past months, they've about addressed everything with a pipe in our Huntington Beach condo. They stand behind their work and aren't afraid to bring in extra manpower to complete the job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We had to get the valves replaced before installing a new stackable dryer and washer. Jimi and Jacob worked fast and quick to install the valves and we asked if they can install the new washer and dryer too. They did an amazing job. They were more than happy to install it for us and everything was done in about 2 hours or so. They work well together and it was a great experience with this plumbing company. We will call them back if we need plumbing services.

Jimi and Jacob are so wonderful. I live in a downstairs condo that got slightly flooded by the upstairs units leak. Jimi and Jacob have been doing the full re-pipe of both units. They have been super great with all the issues that have come up. I would recommend them a million times over.

I was told they would not charge the service fee if I had them do the job which I was quoted at $275. I don't know where the truck was but 2.5 hrs is not accurate.. less than an hour at my place.

Jimmy and Nick came out to replace some 45 year old angle stops. The work was professional and first rate! I'm writing because I would like to give a special shout out to Jimmy, who provided some helpful hints after the work was completed. I had an angle stop which was not being used, so he suggested I buy a plug in case this angle stop was accidently bumped and pushed open, which would create a flood. (He did not have one on his truck, otherwise he would have supplied it). I never thought of this, so very glad he brought it up since a flood can cost $000's. He also mentioned turning the valves once a year or so to make sure they remain in smooth working order. They used the Dahl valves which I think are top rated.

I work in property management which requires a plumber once a month for plumbing issues with rentals. William takes care of the units for me and I can say he is one of the most experienced plumbers I've worked with in my carrier. More important he is ethical and I can trust him. Their prices are always fair even with prices going up on everything, their prices have remained the same. I only work with Partners Plumbing now and experience less issues because the job gets done right the first time. When scheduling a service call Kevin usually answers the phone and he always does a great job.
I have recommended Partners Plumbing to friends and family and they always thank me for the recommendation. Thank you Partners Plumbing for the great service.

For a week now we and everyone in our building have had a problem with the hot water going cold. When we call the HOA they send out Partners Plumbing. The water gets hot again for a couple hours and then goes cold again. Finally, today, one of them came to our house ""because we were the only ones complaining"", even though we have talked to neighbors and found it is a problem for everyone using our boiler. The guy says the boiler is functioning properly, and then wants to see all the bathroom fixtures in our house. He starts talking about ""hydronic units"", an archaic air conditioning system that we replaced years ago, and ""crossover"" where a bathroom fixture might let cold water into hot water pipes. We have heard the ""crossover"" scam before - several years ago the HOA plumbing company went door to door selling new fixtures, at $750 a pop, that would prevent ""crossover"". We did not fall for it but our neighbors did, spending thousands for new fixtures that didn't fix the problem! Then when the plumbers could find no more takers the hot water problem magically went away by itself! I think Partners Plumbing might be the same one that pulled this scam, and have just changed their name because of too many bad Yelp reviews and/or BBB complaints. The plumber that came to our house was also rude and condescending, to the point my wife asked to speak to his supervisor. The guy she gave him a phone number for was also rude and didn't sound like a supervisor. Stay away from this company! And don't believe the lies from the guy that responds to these reviews!
