These guys are fantastic. Showed up on a Sunday when we had clogged lines, identified problem, solved it and made good recommendations for maintenance. Recommended and we will use them next time!

The communication with Partners Plumbing left a lot to be desired and honestly, if our HOA didn't force us to use them, I would've gone with another company.

I got a phone call at 10pm at night in early June asking for emergency access to our garage as our neighbor had contacted them about a leak in her garage which ended up being from a shared piped that was clamped shut that night.

We were originally meant to have just the garage repiped after the water leak and had it scheduled for late June/early July. However, when we had the job walk-through the plumber provided very little information and at the end told me they would need to repipe the bathroom as well as the garage. The job was meant to start the following week but I never heard back from the plumbers and when I called to confirm the Friday before the job was meant to start, they said they would get back to me, little did I know it would be almost 3 weeks before they got back to me reschedule while they waited for HOA approval.

Fast forward 3 weeks: at the time of the rescheduling, I asked if we needed another walk through as the plumber had provided 0 information of what needed to be moved the first time he came for the walk through. The scheduler said she wasn't sure and would get back to me (she never did).

The plumber then shows up at the condo the following week to begin the construction and tells me the entire condo is being repiped and was approved by the HOA. I was absolutely shocked and contacted our landlord to see if he knew about this, which he did not. The plumbers then asked me to move everything out of my closet, and 2nd bedroom so that they could begin the construction which was extremely frustrating as several of the items we're extremely heavy. If I had been told ahead of time I could've had my boyfriend help me move all our belongings out of the room.

They ended up cutting 15 holes into our walls all throughout our condo. I called to ask if they could submit the report to the HOA/dry wall repairers as soon as possible as we didn't want to move our stuff in and out of the room multiple times for the plumbers and dry-wall repairers. I was told me they wouldn't submit the report until the job was done (3 days later). I'm well aware of how slowly my HOA moves to approve things and I asked Partners to submit the report sooner but they would not. Now I'm almost a week past the repiping being done and still waiting to be contacted by someone (I have no idea who Partners contacted) to have my dry-walls repaired and end this nightmare.

I know this company could care less because the HOA is paying them regardless, but their lack of communication has been horrendous and I hope for others sake, they improve their process.

The two young men from Partners came to my condo to fix a drain pipe and replace angle stops. They were both - Alex P. was the only name I got - very polite, efficient and competent. Great experience all around!

I recently had a slab leak, called out Partners Plumbing. From the very beginning, they have been so helpful and so responsive to any and all questions I've had. They were so thorough and detailed in the work and very clean as well. I had the pleasure of working with two great workers and can't say enough amazing things about Diego and Jose!

I don't even know where to start. Less than 0 stars. There is no way that the 5 stars are true, everybody knows they can be easily be bought and/or have friends and family rate the highest.
The old plumber arrived with the younger kid hired by hoa. the kid ran all my water sources for 5 minutes full force. No leaks in the dry ceiling below. The old main guy (so called plumber) determined that are no leaks whatsoever from the drain lines or other pipes via camera. Since he was incapable of determining the cause he became angry & shouted that It's all your responsibility, hoa should not be involved; your entire drywall has to come out ..etc;.. Why would a plumber become a drywall specialist at the same time? once I told him that he isn't a drywall expert he wa silenced. I got the report from hoa..all False, nothing but lies: The drain lineS leak, it's the homeowner's responsibility, they didn't want to pay (it's hoa referred at their own cost and no conversation regarding payment ever took place with us), the drywall (really)? Opinions about other bathroom which he wasn't hired to inspect. All Lies. I called the hoa immediately and they agreed that they would provide another plumber. He also never step foot inside our bathroom and only checked the ceiling below. I timed exactly 4-5 minutes, in & out. Holly.. Please do not call this plumbing company, and if you decide to have them service your plumbing needs, they WILL break your wallet. If you do decide to go with them, at least make sure that the old man isn't sent over. Outrageous is too good of a word for this horrible company.

********** UPDATE *********

The HOA referred the 2nd Plumbing company who thoroughly checked everything.
Conclusion: The leak was not & is NOT from the drain pipes/lines (even the non-plumber neighbors agree).

The 2nd Plumbing company determined the source and a plan is in place.
They made no speech, reports, suggestions or determination as to who is responsible to pay for what; For instance; for plumbing or the dry wall for that matter (I mean spare me the dry wall speech partners plumber). Only the facts, what leaks and what doesn't leak; period. I can refer you (partners plumbers) to them if you wish for educational purposes.

Train your plumbers well and demand for them to be truthful, honest, trustworthy & respectful; not rude, condescending and acting as lawyers for another party.

NO PLUMBERS NEEDED FOR THIS JOB & NO DIAGNOSIS EXPENSE TO US.

Please stay away from these guys; there are plenty of plumbers out there that won't take advantage. We will continue to warn our neighborhood to be weary of partners plumbing.

Sincerely;

The homeowners

At 3:30 AM Saturday morning I called an issue with the pipes backing up. Diego showed up first thing that same day to help. Unfortunately I live in a condo that shares pipes and everything must be approved through the HOA. Despite those hurdles, he was able to get our units operational until a permanent fix was authorized and coordinated. I very much appreciate all his hard work and exceptional attitude. He kept everyone informed on the situation and had no problems answering everyone's questions. Super happy he was the person to handle all of it from start to finish.

Mike from Partners Plumbing did a great job quickly replacing the water valve to our condo. He had come a previous time to replace a water valve beneath our kitchen sink and did a great job then as well. Mike was quick with the valve replacement and very courteous. After working with Mike and Partners Plumbing twice recently for two different issues, I highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.
