Dean C.I work in property management which requires a plumber once a month for plumbing issues with rentals. William takes care of the units for me and I can say he is one of the most experienced plumbers I've worked with in my carrier. More important he is ethical and I can trust him. Their prices are always fair even with prices going up on everything, their prices have remained the same. I only work with Partners Plumbing now and experience less issues because the job gets done right the first time. When scheduling a service call Kevin usually answers the phone and he always does a great job.
I have recommended Partners Plumbing to friends and family and they always thank me for the recommendation. Thank you Partners Plumbing for the great service.
Really great service. Had an outside pipe leak. Robert was quick, efficient, and friendly.
For a week now we and everyone in our building have had a problem with the hot water going cold. When we call the HOA they send out Partners Plumbing. The water gets hot again for a couple hours and then goes cold again. Finally, today, one of them came to our house ""because we were the only ones complaining"", even though we have talked to neighbors and found it is a problem for everyone using our boiler. The guy says the boiler is functioning properly, and then wants to see all the bathroom fixtures in our house. He starts talking about ""hydronic units"", an archaic air conditioning system that we replaced years ago, and ""crossover"" where a bathroom fixture might let cold water into hot water pipes. We have heard the ""crossover"" scam before - several years ago the HOA plumbing company went door to door selling new fixtures, at $750 a pop, that would prevent ""crossover"". We did not fall for it but our neighbors did, spending thousands for new fixtures that didn't fix the problem! Then when the plumbers could find no more takers the hot water problem magically went away by itself! I think Partners Plumbing might be the same one that pulled this scam, and have just changed their name because of too many bad Yelp reviews and/or BBB complaints. The plumber that came to our house was also rude and condescending, to the point my wife asked to speak to his supervisor. The guy she gave him a phone number for was also rude and didn't sound like a supervisor. Stay away from this company! And don't believe the lies from the guy that responds to these reviews!
Best Plumbing Service in the industry.
Reasonable in price. Quality work. Their reputation is outstanding.
David H.Going out of my way to do this review. Beyond excellent service provided by Steve Dustman and his apprentice Jeff. They did an amazing job and left the yard the had to dig up looking better than ebfore they started! Highest rating!!
Mark A.3 stars because I am very conflicted in how I feel about ""Partners Plumbing"".
I called them because the water in my shower was lukewarm at best. The plumber spent 5-10 min in my apt before deciding that my water heater needed to be replaced. It was pretty old but had no previous issues. I was quoted $1400 dollars.
After the plumber left (before I replaced the water heater), I noticed that the sink and dishwater water was still able to heat up so I was confused. I spoke to one of the plumbers before they started the replacement process and, with no investigation, he said I probably needed to replace the shower cartridge as well. I had them start with replacing the water heater. The replacement was done nicely, quickly, and competently (I hope).
The problem was the shower was still lukewarm. When I called them again, ""Partners Plumbing"" told me my shower cartridge needed to be replaced and they quoted me $350 (which the manager told me was a discount). At this point, I was not going to pay when they did not seem to be investigating the problem. They only seemed interested in charging me to replace items in my apt. I told them the shower was brand-new, it was installed 3 months ago, why would a brand new shower cartridge need to be replaced?!? The manager didn't have a good answer.
I did my own investigation and figured out the scald guard on my shower was set too cold. That was it. Easy fix. Did it myself.
Nice guys, and (I think) the water heater replacement was done well but not sure if it was necessary and it did not fix my problem.
DelishDotCom S.I have worked with many plumbers over the years, and Partners is by far the best. Not kidding. I think they only do work for HOAs, so not sure if they're available for other ""side calls"".
I have worked mostly with Kevin, and he is very professional, responsive and helpful.
We have had them bid on numerous projects, against other plumbers. Their bids are always reasonable and more to the point on whatever repair needs to occur. Board members have chosen them as their primary plumber for their communities, based on service, communication, quality, price, etc. Thanks!!
This is one that should drive homeowners mad. The HOA recommended this plumber and I used them. Tech guy specifically said to me $150 for the call and $30 for the part. I repeated ""$180"". Him: ""Yes"".
Him, later, while I'm paying the bill by cc on his phone: it's $185. Me: thought you said $180. Him: No, $185.
I temporarily forgot that almost everyone doing home services is trying to rip me off. Lost my head for a minute.
The guy has his $5, and now you know.
I hate doing this to people - but they incriminate themselves.
I really really really want to give 5-stars, because I really think Parker was so awesome and he did a two-persons job all by himself. He was very professional and knowledgeable! He was very detailed in explaining the plumbing issues, what needed to be done and along with the estimated pricing, which I was fine with. What I'm NOT ok with, was that they charge $150 for each service call regardless if they do anything. It felt like they take advantage of this, because there will be circumstances that may prevent the repairs to be done at the time of the initial visit.
The reason for the missing 3-stars is because the first person that came out to my place, his name was Steve, he was literally there for maybe about 10 minutes... it was more or less just a very brief consultation, rather then an actual service call, because he didn't really do anything. Long story short, there was a leak that accumulated and went through the bathroom floor and into my garage's ceiling. And to be fair, he did mentioned that the ceiling needed to be open up in order for him to figure out the problem.... I'm not a plumber, so I wouldn't really know what to do and/or what questions to ask. I just felt that I was left hanging in the dark and feeling belittled; He didn't want to waste his time, because as if I had inconvenience him and his time.
So after working with my HOA for proper ceiling /wall mold removal... That's when they sent Parker; he found out the root cause for the leakage/problem and did the repairs. Again, 5-stars A+++ for his professionalism and workmanship.
Please be aware that they charge $150 for each service call regardless if they actually do anything. Again, I think it's fair to have to pay their service call, if they actually did repair work; But It is unreasonable charge, if no work was performed. Also I had used partner's plumbing because of my HOA, and so they are around my neighborhood frequently.
In summary, if you know exactly what type of plumbing issue you have and that the plumbing issue is completely exposed; then I think they would do the job and get the repairs work done. If not, then you might want to just use another plumbing company that will provide a free consultation visit and/or that the first service call fees would go towards the actual repair service.
I have never written a review before. Unfortunately, I feel the need to because I don't want anyone else to fall victim to these crooks.
A toilet and installation for $580 is incredibly excessive. However, to then charge over $500 for a ""closet flange"" and installation is highway robbery. Taking advantage of a mother with her children while her husband is at work is deplorable. I am so disturbed by your company's practice I can't even go any further.
I hope whoever reads this thinks twice before using these guys.
The installer did give us a break on the ""closet flange"" to $442 in the end. What a guy.
Don't use these crooks
