Parker plumbing helped me troubleshoot my mother's water heater. I was calling from Seattle and Bill asked foe model number. Found out the water heater had 40 days left on the warranty. He was honest, fair and on time. I was about to replace it. I will highly recommend to my family and friends who live in visalia and surrounding areas.

horrible experience with parker and parker. they advertising that they have all the tools. and when they worked in my house, the plumber did not had or pretend that he didn't had the sniffer.he waited until the next day so in the mean time i was paying $105 per hour. i over heard him on the phone requesting the sniffer.yeah he waited until the other worker bought it. and i still paying. would never hire them. i really would had rated 0 .

Hired this Company to fix leaky pipe under house, they said it needed to be rerouted. Very unprofessional the people that came to my house look like I hired them from Craigslist, well Maybe some one from Craigslist could have done a better job. Horrible experience not professional left drywall chunks and dust in my closet didn't bother to clean it up. Oh did I mention, they are WAY OVER PRICED! Save your self some headaches and call another plumber.

Great company!! Our tankless water heater went out at 4:30 PM on the Thursday prior to Memorial Day weekend of 2017. Parker and Parker had a new unit installed by 3:30 PM the next day. WOW!! I could not be happier with the price, the service and most definitely the speed of repair. Took LESS THAN 24 hours to have hot water restored to my home, and right before a big holiday weekend!! Thanks Parker and Parker, you have a new life long customer!!!

Honestly I've never been this disappointed with a local Visalia company like This... I called in about my house water heater and the owner himself made it seem that he knows the system I have so will and that they fixed many like that before but when his worker finally arrived he knew nothing about it and said that he never worked with this type of water heater so I had to tell him everything I know about the problem, then Someone from his office tells him to cut the wires to the bad part and bypass it but when didn't work the office tells him to tell me that I need a new part for around $60 plus $50 second day shipping plus $190 to install that's not including $125 service charge that I had to pay that day for doing nothing but doing more damage. I got really upset so I paid the $125 and told him I'm not interested in ur company to fix it, so I called the manufacture and found the part include second day shipping for $64.95 and toke me less than one minute to fix... Wow What a way to make fast money

Had used Mr Parker in the past so called him when we saw a leak in an exterior wall. Said he would be out at 10am, then got a call saying he would be out later due to a family issue. So I went to the local market where I saw his work van parked. Hmmm... So he did finally show up at about 5pm after I had completely missed a days work, and looked at the wall in question. Said he didn't have his leak detector with him and would come back at a later time. Days and weeks passed. About a month and a half later he calls to ask me if the problem still existed. Needless to say I won't be using him again.
