From the first call to the last turn of the wrench, Parker & Parker offered the kind of service you'd hope for from a plumbing company. It's nice to know there is at least one plumbing company out there still focused on maintaining its reputation.

My mother in law had a basic but urgent fix - two non-functioning toilets. After several calls to other local plumbers (all of whom either went straight to up-charging without seeing the issue), I landed on Parker & Parker.

James, the plumber they sent the next day, was professional, knowledgeable, nice, respectful and - most importantly - got both toilets back in working order in no time. It turns out one was in need of a new fill valve and the other was just temperamental and 25 years old. It cost us $100, parts included, for his hard spent hour worth of time and it was worth every penny.

Now I can rest easy knowing she has working toilets and a guaranteed repair from a company that prides itself on professionalism. If I'm ever in need of plumbing again, they'll be my first call.

Showed up same day and delivered great service. Fixed all the problems very quickly and parts were reasonably priced. The plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything and gave me advice taking care of our toilets. Highly recommend these local professionals, I will tell all of our friends to go with PPP! Great job guys!

If there were six or seven stars, Parker and Parker Plumbing would get them or more. Just talking to Carlee in the front office gives a feeling of competence. We had an outdoor leak that was very, very difficult to find. As the plumber was strugglling to find the leak, he communicated with the owner, Bill Parker. What do you know, pretty soon Mr. Parker, himself, arrives to help with the leak detection. Difficult to find is not the word for this leak. So, Mr. Parker tells me there is this plumber, Roger, who really knows how to find leaks. After the weekend Roger shows up, this time with a camera which he puts into a sewer line. He views (and shows me) something wrong with interior of the pipe. He has equipment that then localizes the abnormality beneath stamped concrete. An ""X"" marks the spot. Roger and and another tradesman arrive soon thereafter with a concert saw and remove 5"" thick sections of concrete to discover that the entire pipe had broken (Yup, right under the ""X""). Not only that, a huge amount of dirt had been washed away (I believe down the sewer). After repair of the pipe, it was necessary to fill the void where the dirt was missing. To my amazement, after consultation with me, a cement truck and cement pumper arrived and filled the void. After the concrete had cured, the plumbers returned to replace the slabs of stamped concrete that had been removed. After carefully mortaring it in, I defy you to see where the repair has been done. This is a company that took TOTAL responsibility for finding and very professionally solving my problem. This company has a deep bench of equipment and knowledge. I am very grateful to the entire organization. Added bonus: to a person, these are very nice people.

I have to say that our experience with Parker and Parker was very satisfying. They responded quickly and helped dealing with the insurance when it came to deciding if rerouting the piping was the best way to go. They met every commitment and the job was done timely.
I found Bill and his staff to be friendly, helpful and professional. Major water leak problems are no fun but the kindness and understanding from Bill's staff helped us through it.

We had a kitchen sink clog issue, it was Saturday morning and our go to plumber was closed. When I called early morning, I assume they were closed. Someone immediately texted me back, letting me know they are open but missed my call. I called them back, the gentleman on the phone was very professional, told me not to worry. Within a two hour frame time, Dustin was sent with another gentleman and they cleared our issue in no time. We absolutely loved their generosity, customer service and honesty. FYI: Weekend's they charge time and half. But that's beside the point they made sure we were up and running immediately. I'm sorry to our regular plumber, we now have a new favorite in town.

Water leak under concrete walk, Called Parker & Parker response time was great pinpointed leak as close as possible before tearing into the walkway. Found leak soon as the excavation was down to where it was, repaired within few minutes after located. Then pouring the cement walk back took awhile due to the ground being so wet and the weather not co-operating. When everything was said and done GREAT JOB. Bill and Brock very knowledgeable about their type of work, would use again if need should arise. Also enjoyed talking to Bill and Brock during the time they were here.

Great Service, honest business! We had a hot water leak under cement slab. They were able to fix the problem within one day at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend their services. BIll was extremely helpful with suggestions on how to fix the problem.
It's not the first time I've used their services and would definitely use them again!

After 4 hours of labor. The service man. Cut my sprinkler line and capped it telling me that was the leak. It wasn't and I told him from beginning that it was the main water line. So paid $420. To have wrong line cut and capped. Brought out new company today. They are actually fixing the main for $175. Would not recommend. Update. Second company came out and spent 1 1/2 hours and actually fixed the problem. Parker and Parker milk their time working supper slow and then fail to grasp what is leaking. Call a plumber that honors the time and knows what a leak looks like.

Not going to lie. I called MANY other plumbers before this buisness. All the others said ""24/7....EMERGENCY CALLS"" but had approximately a week wait. Hmmmm....ok. understandable. Only working toilet in a new rental house, i can hold it for a week or so!

Found Parker & Parker.
Saw some good reviews and gave it a shot!
Tech showed up about 2hrs after i called.
Extremely kind, and professional buisness. Ive repaired and replaced many toilets...but once in a while....theres just some things i just cant do.
They fixed it!!

The plumber wore shoe protectors an all!

Highly recommend this buisness!!!
Thanks for saving the day!!
