William H.AC System installed by them in Apr 2019 stopped cooling. So for the simplification I called them to come take a look. Not only did the service tech show up, but so did the salesman and I knew I was in for a ride. I all ready searched my warranty on the Goodman website and it clearly states 10 year part warranty. The service tech hooked up his gauges and it was reading low. They said its probably leaking somewhere. That was all they did. I watched the service tech type my serial number in the warranty website, see it said 10 years then all of the sudden they had to step out front to get better service and discuss. Well allegedly since I did not pay for their annual maintenance plan, my warranty is void. Then I was handed an estimate for almost $5K to find the leak and replace the most probable cause on top of the $190 for just showing up. I would rather go to trade school for 2 years, get my certification and fix this myself then give this company another cent of my money. Called another company and wouldn't you know a parts warranty is just that, a warranty on the parts good for 10 years. Shocker!!! I really feel bad for the service tech as he was a young guy, clearly on the newer side of the HVAC game and is being taught how to screw people over. Also, whoever runs the Pardee replies, don't bother because I don't care.

Scam artists. They get you to sign up for a contract that is easy overpriced and you don't even own the unit. Worst service ever and way overpriced
Today Kimmon, Gabe and Colton came to my house to evaluate my wine room with a stand alone hvac unit. I had some questions and concern about that room. I found the guys to be very thorough and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and concern. The professionals at Pardee are great and highly recommend. Thanks!!

I had an HVAC problem, no thermostat working, thought it was going to be simple, Pardee came and it wasn't simple at all, three experienced AC men worked all day and finally it worked, i really don't know what all was required but they worked until it was fixed and operational again, I can not say enough about what good service was given to me, And prompt, appreciate their hard work. I know it's partially my fault for signing a contract with them in the dead of summer 3 years ago. But I'm selling my home and need to payoff the unit and I still owe over 9,000 with paying $152 monthly for 3 years and still owe that much. never again.
The worst plumber ever! The plumber said he never saw a septic system lIke mine. It's an Infiltrator system that has been around over 20 years! I called management, no response! HORRIBLE!! STAY AWAY!! The photo shows how the plumber Cadwick left my home!
We just had two service guys come out to check our system and they were both wonderful. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Great communication and very courteous. One was named Justin and I'm trying to remember the other guys name but it has slipped my mind. Great service

I originally contacted them in June 2023 and almost 3 months later, have yet to have my problem resolved (a broken blower) and am out the original $99 service fee. In June I was quoted several options for the blower replacement including signing up for their """"advantage"""" membership, which would fully cover the cost. It took them a month to give me the quote for that program, which would be $36,000 over 10 years. Once I said I was not interested in that program, they stopped returning my calls. The last 2 times I called to request the blower to be ordered (and also to sign up for their maintenace plus program, so they would still be getting my money), they said someone would be in touch and no one ever was. My last phone call, I was told """"we don't have any update for you, goodbye."""" Waste of time and money and terrible way to treat people interested in doing business with your company. Sorry I didn't want to make such a ridiculous investment.
