Danny and Brandon were great today.They were persistent until they discovered the problem and worked on it. i am very pleased with my advantage program!!!!

I know it's partially my fault for signing a contract with them in the dead of summer 3 years ago. But I'm selling my home and need to payoff the unit and I still owe over 9,000 with paying $152 monthly for 3 years and still owe that much. never again.

Don't fall for the """"$99""""Service call!!!! Tried to charge another $80 after he looked at my air handler for no more than 30 seconds. So $180 for literally doing nothing. Then said his sales guy could come give a quote to install a new one without even giving a quote on fixing the old one.

I have never dealt with a more incompetent company in my life. They don't know what they're doing.I have asked 4 times in the last three weeks for a supervisor or manager to call me and no one has. The lady today said she is not allowed to give me the managers name? Never heard of something like that before. I have been a customer with them for years and never had a problem but in the last 6 weeks I have had nothing but problems. Not sure if they have new ownership or management but they are terrible. They have a 100% money back guarantee but yet I can't get my money back for a service they never performed. Don't use them.

Most of my experiences have been positive. I have had a few """"bad"""" techs over the years, but once I figured out the """"good"""" ones, I request only them. One has since left the company, but since then Joe Steen has been my tech for routine maintenance. He seems to be knowledgeable and thorough, is intelligent, courteous, and tells me what he sees so we can discuss options. A few months ago I had to call for emergency service and the man came out late at night and found that the capacitor had failed, but which he had in the truck. I was able to sleep comfortably as the air began to cool again.

I have been a Pardee customer a while now... Last week, I was offered a discount on a pre-season check-up at my condo in West Ashley, so I took it !! My Tech, Patrick, arrived right on schedule. He noticed wiring on my furnace that was done poorly by the people who originally installed the unit, and fixed it promptly, without my having to ask ! He checked my AC unit outside too, and patiently answered my questions about coolant pressure. He told me about the Service Plan, and I signed up for it - that way I can get my systems checked in the spring before it gets hot again, and get priority service if, God forbid, something should go wrong with the heater in the winter !! I've been pleased with Pardee's service thus far. Patrick was very polite and respectful, and I remain a happy customer !!

We just had our units serviced by Clarence and Ernie! They were great!! Very knowledgeable and polite..... And the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anybody!!!

So disappointed with the work ethic of this company. I originally contacted them in June 2023 and almost 3 months later, have yet to have my problem resolved (a broken blower) and am out the original $99 service fee. In June I was quoted several options for the blower replacement including signing up for their """"advantage"""" membership, which would fully cover the cost. It took them a month to give me the quote for that program, which would be $36,000 over 10 years. Once I said I was not interested in that program, they stopped returning my calls. The last 2 times I called to request the blower to be ordered (and also to sign up for their maintenace plus program, so they would still be getting my money), they said someone would be in touch and no one ever was. My last phone call, I was told """"we don't have any update for you, goodbye."""" Waste of time and money and terrible way to treat people interested in doing business with your company. Sorry I didn't want to make such a ridiculous investment.

Hired Pardee to come out to service a HVAC unit. When the technician got there he advised it would be a simple $300 fix. His supervisor came out later and all of a sudden it was a $1658 repair. After the fix the unit was running very loudly, enough to disturb my wife, and when I called them to review and take care of it they advised it would be an additional trip charge of $99 just to come out plus any repair costs to fix the issue they created. I asked to speak with the supervisor """"Joe"""" and was advised I would get a call back later that day, 3 days later and no response. They also tried over billing me by sending an invoice to my for additional money owed but when I call they have no record of it.

As usual, Pardee does not disappoint. Matthew B answered the call. The response was quick. He was friendly and professional and solved our drain problem. He even saved us some money! Always Pardee!
