The response to my phone call was prompt and they actually wanted to come earlier on the day-of! How often does THAT happend?! I had Vinny service my kitchen food disposal this afternoon. He also addressed some other plumbing concerns I had and gave me a LOT of good advice for addressing my A/C condensation drain line questions based on the way it is designed in my condo building. He gave me greater peace of mind for handling situations with it in the future. I truly appreciated the extra time and professionalism that was offered, and I feel confident in recommending Paramount Plumbing to others for their needs. Thanks again!

Paramount Plumbing has been my go to for the last couple of years when it comes to my plumbing needs. I have never had an issue. The staff has always been professional from the staff in the office when I need to set up an appointment whether I do it by email or calling. They call and let you know when the plumber is in route and who will be coming. The plumber who have taken care of any issue I have had have been professional, lets me know what eve the problem is and what my options are. I will continue to use Paramount Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

Phil with Paramount Plumbing has been to my home a couple of times to do work. Both times, he was on time, professional and knowledgeable. I'd recommend them and use them again in the future.

I was changing my water heater for the third time in 5 years in preparation for a move away from ATL. Nick Vega handled the change with ease and was the first plumber to discover the cause of prior water heater failures.

Eric and the team at Paramount Plumbing did a great job replacing my water heater! I was in a bind as the water heater had finally gone bad and was leaking into my neighbors unit. Not only did they beat the prices of other plumbing companies, but they squeezed me in to quickly fix the problem. Eric and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing problem that you have.

I had been a loyal customer of Paramount for over 12 years and had them service 3 different homes of mine during that time. No more. I can tell you know their quality and service are terrible. They are now a big business and just want your money with awful plumbers. Example one - had a leaky toilet at my primary house and plumber said 3 of my 4 toilets had to be rebuilt. Months later they were all leaking after the rebuild. I called to tell them to please fix they said why did i wait so long, then i told them my mother passed away and this wasn't a priority plus you guarantee your work right. They came out fixed what they broke and unnecessarily charged me - cost was $1000. Example 2 - Recently had they plumber come to diagnose a shower leak at a condo i own and they said there is a missing piece. The super at the condo sid they can order the piece and plumber said he'll come back out to install w/o additional charge since i had to pay $450 for him to initially come out. Recently spoke to service manager (i used to speak to owner) and they said he'd have to charge me to fix the shower. Done. Good bye Paramount (Erik) best of luck to your big business. I'll take my business and my referrals else where.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They are scam artists who are unprofessional, dishonest, and don't care about the customer or property. I used them to repair a clogged drain connected to my washer. The company charges by the hour and did not come prepared for the job. He had to make 4 trips back and forth to his truck getting tools or forgetting something which totaled 50 minutes! Basically charging a whole extra hour costing $150 for doing nothing. If they send multiple people onsite, then expect to multiply that. When the work was done and they had to move my washer and dryer back, they were careless and not careful at all. They broke the vent on my dryer and shredded up my floor. Then they hid the floor damage by pushing the washer over it. I noticed the issues two hours later when I had to take a closer look at my dryer. I promptly called them to let them know of the issue and they said they'd get back to me. They didn't make any effort to reach back out to me for 3 days. I had to keep following up with a phone call each day to politely ask what's going on and if we can talk about resolving the issue, but they kept making up new excuses to procrastinate. Then when they finally reached out to me, they had the audacity to email me saying it's not their responsibility at all, saying the dryer was already broken and that I caused the floor damage! I'm an honest man and I don't have the time to lie and damage my own property to start some trouble. Why would anyone do that? This company is extremely rude, careless to your property, and will make no effort to talk directly with you and make it right. They are dishonest crooks who will cheat you of money and destroy your property. Their motto for customer service is: 1) Deny all responsibility 2) Blame the customer for every issue, even if it makes no logical sense 3) Overcharge and cheat as much money out of customer as possible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Phil did a great job remounting a sink that has come apart several times over the years - I am confident the way he remounted the sink will finally work! He also fixed a weird situation we had with our hot water handle on our bathroom sink, but was able to rebuild it for us. Super nice person - did a great job explaining the problem and how he was going to fix it. He's very friendly and polite and focused on the job.

Apparently, Paramount is the preferred vendor for my condo association. I felt pretty good about them before they came along because my HOA person is super duper good at knowing great contractors and doesn't deal with """"BS"""" people. So, when my HOA guy referred these guys, I was 100% ok with it and knew they'd be quick to fix the problem. *Both times Paramount's guys came, I got a phone call 30-40 mins prior to there arrival. Very happy they do that... I've heard horror stories from other vendors that don't call at all or arrive really late. Eric came the first time to diagnose the problem. My upstair neighbor's tub was leaking. Guess how they get to it? My ceiling. :( Eric said it was unavoidable. He took maybe an hour? It didn't take too long.. especially since it was a work night for me. Marco came the 2nd time to cut into my ceiling. He was pretty nice too & did his best to cut along the right area & clean up afterwards. Overall, I like Paramount. Thankful my HOA person knows solid people for me.

I've used them twice - once for a leak causing large water bills and today for a water pressure problem with our shower. Phil did a great job both times explaining what the problem was and what our options were to fix it and the cost of each.
