Large scale building wide high dollar projects to late night emergency calls, they are always quick and professional and above all, knowledgeable about what they are doing, even when other companies walk away with their hands in the air because they can't figure out a particular issue, Paramount always saves the day! I found Shane and Paramount Plumbing via HomeAdvisor. He responded very quickly to my request for a quote, the price was fair - and while it was less than a couple of other plumbers, it was more than 1, but that one did not respond quickly to any requests. He arrived on time and replaced my water heater and the pressure relief value - as requested. He didn't try to up sell, which was refreshing. The work was done well, and he took the time to explain what he did and what to look for later, just in case an adjustment needs to be made. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

TLDR; Their technicians have no knowledge or experience, they didn't fix either of my problems, and they never follow up as promised. I've used Paramount twice, the first time was for a stale odor coming from our guest shower. They cleaned out the drain and it didn't help, they had no further ideas about what could be causing the smell, and the only suggestion they had was to do a smoke bomb in the clean out and check for leaks, but said it would cost thousands of dollars and probably wasn't worth it. So we still have the smell. The second time I used them was for our bathtub faucet, the hot tap had stopped working, they came out and looked at it, and said they would need to order a new cartridge. It's an older faucet so they said that the cartridge might be out of production, in which case we would need to replace the faucet. I was fine with that, and they said they would get back to me the next week with an update. The next week came and went with no contact, so I called them and was told they were still looking for the cartridge and would definitely call me after the weekend. That was now 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I was not impressed with any of their technicians, they came to the house 3 times total and every time they had to call someone and explain the situation to check what they should do. It seems like they just have a bunch of rookies in the field and maybe some experts back at the office who are real plumbers?
