My AC isn't working. It's 83 degrees in the house and everyone's uncomfortable. And Paradise didn't show for their appointment today. Our AC went out Friday afternoon. I called up Paradise, who has been my primary go to for AC and plumbing jobs over the past few years. They told me they didn't have any regular appointments but they could schedule me for after hours service for an additional fee, which I agreed to. The appointment was made for 6 to 10pm and I had a card on file, so everything was set. We actually had plans to meet family, but we canceled in order to meet the technician. So we waited and waited and nobody showed or contacted us. We reached out to them twice. The first time we called were told that they didn't have an ETA because it was after hours, but not to worry because the technician was going to arrive. Then when we got closer to 10pm, we called and were told that the appointment was accidentally not given to the technician and it got """"lost in outer space"""". They also said the technician would not come out, despite our appointment and them having a same day service guarantee and offering 24/7 service on their website. At 10pm, after acknowledging their screw up, they're basically like """"see ya, good luck sweating it out"""". What happened to the same day service guarantee and the 24/7 service? What's really most irritating as I sit in my super hot and humid house is; thinking about all of the companies I bypassed in order to go with Paradise. My AC could have easily been up and running had I called someone else, and there are plenty of quality companies to choose from. Company loyalty got me this time but it won't get me again. I also want to add that Paradise also rubbed me the wrong way on my last appointment. They charged me over $400 to flush a drain line which is completely unreasonable. Also, I recently got a few quotes to replace ductwork and their price was the highest, by far, compared to all other providers. Anyway, I absolutely do not recommend Paradise any longer. I don't know if there has been an ownership change or what, but the service is not what it used to be and the pricing is really high. You can easily find a different reputable company to service your AC. I plan to.

Gespere was dispatched to repair a loose toilet and flange. He arrived on time. Upon inspection he promptly showed me what the job would entail and provided a quote. He was extremely courteous and professional. When completed the bathroom was spotless. Shortly after he left Patty called to ensure that I was satisfied. Textbook customer satisfaction service. I would highly recommend Paradise Plumbing.

Paradise did a top-notch job replacing our dual-head Mitsubishi mini-split. The Paradise team who worked with us -- Matt who oversaw the operation and kept things moving along smoothly, Cole who assessed the situation and got things started, Johnny who with the help of Xavier and Fernandez installed the new system, and Patty who responded to my queries -- were professional, efficient, and pleasant. Gesture was very knowledgeable about the intricacies of installation of a utility sink for my condo laundry room and worked with the building engineer to get information for a quote. I have used him before and he is my favorite plumber.

My mini split a/c was not working. Patty and the staff were kind to get a repairperson quickly Noah came and spend a lot of time to diagnose. It was complicated with the warranty and all but they resolved it... Mario and Baurea (can not spell his name) have come before and did a great job. The whole staff has been very attentive.

Paradise services many condos in our small condo community, so they came highly recommended. Noah was our technician for a clogged and leaking A/C unit. He fixed it in a timely and professional way.
