Living in Florida, where the weather is hot and the humidity is high, having a functional A/C is essential. When my ductless mini-split A/C stopped working and wouldn't turn on, I knew I needed a quick fix. I reached out to Paradise Plumbing & Air Conditioning through Yelp Projects, and they promptly scheduled an appointment for the next day, giving me a window from 10am to 2pm. Unfortunately, due to a delay with another job, the technician, Mario Latas, arrived at around 2:20pm. Despite the delay, Mario was courteous and immediately apologized for the inconvenience. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a power problem with the breaker and had it fixed within 30 minutes. What impressed me most was Mario's willingness to answer all my A/C maintenance questions. He provided valuable tips on how to maintain my A/C units to prevent future costly repairs. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the experience very positive. Despite the late arrival, my overall experience with Paradise Plumbing & Air Conditioning was excellent. Their customer service is top-notch, as they followed up with me within an hour of the visit to ensure everything was satisfactory. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, prompt response, and quality service.

Terrible service. I called them to come back to repair my toilet which was under warranty. Called the first day kept on hold 12 minutes Called again, on hold 7 minutes and was told a manager would call me the next day. No calls. Called again kept on hold for 7 minutes and was told manager is very busy. I told them to call me back immediately. No calls. DO NOT USE.

I needed an estimate for replacing a water heater. After several phone calls to this company they didn't have the courtesy to return my calls. They wasted my time and I'm thankful this situation wasn't an emergency. The are unreliable...

contacted paradise plumbing for a water leak. George was sent out to diagnose the problem. he was very professional and curteous from start to finis. he explained in detail the problem and told me how much it would cost to do the repairs. Once the repair was completed George tested all water source to make sure there was no leak and that I was satisfied with the outcome. I am satisfied with the work and will definitely recommend George and paradise plumbing

I was very pleased and satisfied with the work done by Luis Valdez. This was an emergency outside plumbing job needed in the middle of a flood watch. Luis was professional and extremely knowledgeable. The job was completed in less than a day in the rain for part of it and our water was restored. All bulk trash remains (quite a bit) were taken away. I am relieved to have found a company and technician I can rely on. Also the communication system Paradise has was is pretty amazing with texts, emails, pictures, etc.

Install garbage disposal remove old unit and reinstall new unit. The worker was curtious and cleaned up after his work
