My experience with Paradise was frustrating. I'd been looking (and still am) for someone to quote me on the installation of an ERV system for my townhouse, and because Paradise's website advertises services in this area, I gave them a call. However, the person who took my call seemed not to have heard of such a system/service and appeared to think I was looking to have my HVAC replaced. Still, she scheduled someone to come by for an evaluation the following day. They rescheduled me twice, but that was only a minor inconvenience. The bigger issue was that the person who finally came to do the estimate also hadn't heard of an ERV system and needed to have me explain what it was and what it did! I did so, and he left promising me a quote the next day, but I never heard from them again. Everyone here was friendly enough, and it's entirely possible they're good at what they do, but I really feel they shouldn't be advertising services that their employees are largely ignorant of.

The tech, Raymond showed up on time and diagnosed my repeated ac clogging problem. He was very courteous and clearly explained all options to resolve the issue. Would highly recommend their services.

Welp... Once again I have had the pleasure of using Paradise's services this time it was the plumbing side of the business. On a Friday I noticed a strong sewer smell in the kitchen. I call Paradise and they send a plumber over in about an hour to investigate. It was determined that the drain from the kitchen sink had finally given due to its age. It was an original pipe from '56 when the home was built. My first though was this is going to be expensive as to fix the problem the plumber wold have to go through the block on the out side of the house to repair the pipe. The plumber quoted me on the spot while I'm not going to say what I was quoted it was about half of what I was expecting to pay. Owning an older home I have had a few plumbing issues so I am somewhat knowledgeable as to the cost of plumbing work. Paradise said they would be able to come on Monday morning to fix the issue. My first though was great, but I wasn't sure I could deal with the smell for the weekend. I called the corporate office and spoke with Jason. He said they usually only do emergency calls on the weekend but would see if one of their plumbers would be able to come to my home on their day off. I was pilling to pay a premium to have the work done on a Saturday. They were quickly able to find a plumber willing to loan me their day off so I could have a stink free home. The next day bright and early 2 members of their team arrived and quickly got me up and running. Thanks again Paradise for your great pricing, quick service, and expert repairs. I fear I'm starting to sound like a fan boy.

We have a double sink, both sides were clogged, nothing we did on our own seemed to work; big plunger, small plunger, pouring hot water, drano...nothing‍. Before I start panicking, I always turn to yelp when I need anything!  Especially when it comes to fixing things in the house. I was contacted by Paradise Plumbing and Air Conditioning, someone came out right away to assess the problem and it was fixed fast! Its great to know they are there to help 24/7. We signed up for the annual maintenance plan and received the first of 2 complementary AC service calls today. AC tech Fernando showed up on time and proceeded to clean the air handler. He answered all our questions and checked the compressor lines. His professional manner and excellent service left us very pleased. Patty at the office followed up shortly after to be certain we were happy with the service. Such a thoughtful and professional team. I recommend Paradise Plumbing and AC for their fair prices, excellent value and professional service.

Technician showed up two hours late and wanted $195.00 for 5 minutes worth of work that was eventually done by someone else. Though not as bad as Roto-*****r's estimate, seriously, an experienced person could have done this for $100.00 and I would have paid it. Attempting to charge me $195.00 for 5 minutes worth of work is ludicrous. I have an advanced degree,with 20+ years experience, and I don't charge that much money for my services.

We discovered that we had a pipe leaking inside the wall. We had to turn the water off to the entire house to stop the leak. Obviously an emergency situation because we had no water. Alan from Paradise was out to the house within a couple hours, and although he had to open up the wall, he successfully found and repaired the pipe. He also cleaned things up and stayed to make sure the pipe was no longer leaking. An extremely satisfying experience, Paradise is now my go-to plumber!

Paradise Plumbing is as good as it gets. I recently had a water leak in my upstairs bathroom, and they were at my house within 30 minutes of the original call. Juan discovered the leak and quickly advised me on the next steps. Paradise works with a contractor, Entrusted, and I can speak highly of both companies. You can tell they are in sync and made the whole process easy as possible. Alan and Juan were fantastic on each visit to our home, and the communication was excellent. I had no idea what to do as a first-time homeowner, but they outline all the necessary steps and take the stress out of it.
