Called for help with our electronic/tap to activate kitchen faucet which was no longer working. Was able to get an appointment within a few days (was not an emergency). They quickly diagnosed that the faucet had an electrical part that had blown and would not be easy to replace given its age. As we had anticipated that may be the case we had a replacement on hand. They promptly installed the new one and directed us to where we could get a $50 coupon online.

Technicians were knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. Will use again.

Papalia is very responsive and highly knowledgeable. They have taken care of our heating, cooling and sump pump needs for several years. We recently had a repair done that allowed us to extend the life of our boiler.

I have used Papalia Plumbing for years and they have always delivered top notch service, at fair prices and with staff that is courteous, well prepared to explain the repairs, and efficient in the work.
Most recently I had a leak on an external faucet even with the internal switch set to closed. The Papalia team that was sent out came right on time and confirmed our suspicion about the cause of the problem. They told us the cost, got our approval and rather quickly got the damaged valve replaced. Our problem was solved perfectly.

Absolutely the best plumbing company I have ever worked with!! We had an air sourced electric hybrid water heater installed. We called plumbers in our area but many were not familiar with these. Papalia was, and took great care in explaining everything about it. The communication was seriously the best I have had with any service I have worked with. Papalia Home Services is an outstanding local company with impeccable customer service and highly skilled employees. My 50-year-old shower faucet handle fell off and I could not completely shut off the dripping water. Papalia responded within 30 minutes of my call and the technicians made a temporary, but effective, repair. Nick sourced the parts needed for a permanent repair, and when the parts were available, Papalia proactively reached out to schedule the work. I greatly appreciated Nick's willingness to repair rather than replace the entire faucet which would have been disruptive and much more expensive.

In 2021, Papalia replaced my failed water heater within hours of my phone call. That work was also done efficiently and professionally. Their fees are in line with similar full-service companies in this area. I am very pleased with Papalia Home Services and have recommended them to neighbors and friends.
