Absolutely the best plumbing company I have ever worked with!! We had an air sourced electric hybrid water heater installed. We called plumbers in our area but many were not familiar with these. Papalia was, and took great care in explaining everything about it. The communication was seriously the best I have had with any service I have worked with. My 50-year-old shower faucet handle fell off and I could not completely shut off the dripping water. Papalia responded within 30 minutes of my call and the technicians made a temporary, but effective, repair. Nick sourced the parts needed for a permanent repair, and when the parts were available, Papalia proactively reached out to schedule the work. I greatly appreciated Nick's willingness to repair rather than replace the entire faucet which would have been disruptive and much more expensive.

In 2021, Papalia replaced my failed water heater within hours of my phone call. That work was also done efficiently and professionally. Their fees are in line with similar full-service companies in this area. I am very pleased with Papalia Home Services and have recommended them to neighbors and friends.

A technician came out and coordinated over the phone with the company that made the thermostat and managed to get all things resolved In the space of a few hours. We needed a hot water heater pretty quick. They were able to remove and replace the unit that day when I called at 10am. The work is neat and clean. Nick was very informative. Highly recommend them. I have used Papalia multiple times over the past 3 years to install a dishwater, install a toilet, bring plumbing for a new washing machine up to code, replace a hot water heater, and repair my gas furnace! They have always done the job well, and clean up everything when they are done. Last Friday, I needed a leaky pipe from the kitchen sink repaired as water was going into the basement. I called several plumbers, and none were available until the following week. Then I called Papalia, and they were able to send a plumber and an apprentice within 2 hours who fixed the problem and took the time to explain what they needed to do! While they seem to be more expensive than other plumbers, (I hate having to pay a dispatch fee), I've always been satisfied with their reponsiveness and professionalism.

Had some gas smell from the outside vent. They responded very quickly, and actually called back and came shortly after the call. It was a minor issue. The technicians were very professional, friendly, and explained the situation to me. It was a quick easy fix related to a cleaning that happened a few months earlier. Because of that, there was no charge for them returning to fix it. I was very pleased with the service!
