Pando responded when I called. I told them what I needed, which was to fix a toilet that was running every 15 minutes or so. We scheduled a convenient time and they said they would call when they were headed our way. They followed through with the call, were courteous and wore masks when showing at our door. They didn't charge just to come out and they replaced the needed part with no up-sell of any kind. The price was better than fair. We will be calling Pando for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Our family was on vacation when out of the blue, my Vivint sensor alarmed that our water heater was leaking. In a frenzy and panic, I called around trying to find someone reliable and trustworthy who could immediately help me! Jeff was the man. He offered to shut off the water at no cost and take a look at what needed to be done, he said he'd offer me an estimate when I got back. He was very friendly, efficient with his time, clearly knows what he's doing- and he was more than reasonable on the pricing. (I would have paid more if he'd let me!) Such an honest guy, will be recommending him to everyone I know, and I'm very stoked to leave this glowing review!

You want to talk about honest , Jeff and his team are the best. My wife called around looking for a plumber to look for potential leak at one of our properties. Jeff went and looked and found the leak which was the stop and waste valve which not properly shut off. He didn't charge us to come out. Good people like him still Exist. He's also a Veteran which is a plus.

She sent Jeff out the next day and he was here right when he said he would be, very professional and also very, very kind! There is truly a lot I could say about this company and how amazing they were to work with, but who has stuck around to read this much already? What I think you need to know is they are reasonably priced, do great work, are honest, helpful beyond what they even quote you, and they get the job done quickly. The best plumbing experience we've ever had! It is SUCH a drag to deal with plumbing issues - every homeowner knows this. If you want a quick, affordable, honorable, and honest company to help ease your stress, call Pando plumbing! They weren't able to fix our plumbing issue bc it was a bigger problem than we expected, but unlike most other companies, they didn't charge us when they couldn't fix it. What a concept, right? From now on, we trust Pando with all of our plumbing needs.

These guys are AMAZING. Next day service on a non emergency and they get here, fix my issue (it was relatively easy) AND DON'T CHARGE ME!!! I argued about having them take SOMETHING but they absolutely refused. What amazing service. This will be the only plumbing I use from here on out!!!! Oh, did I mention they drove to my house from Alpine!!!

Whoever was working and answered my call was very friendly, everyone else I called wasn't being helpful and this man without making any money off of me told me some tips on how to save the most money and even though he couldn't exactly help with my problem I still really appreciate that he stopped me from spending an insane amount of money.
