Wow! I can't believe how honest this company is! (Its seems pretty rare these days ?)
They came to check why my second floor medicine cabinet back is wet in a small area. They explained why it couldn't be a plumbing issue and suggested I contact a restoration company. They could tear out the dry wall and charge me mega-bucks to tell me the same thing, but they were honest with me.
Just love them and will definitely use them for any future needs.

I had such a great experience with Pando Plumbing. They answer and they sent Lee and crew out within a half hour. My water heater was leaking so I was worried and they went out and bought it and had it installed within an hour or so. Lee was so knowledgeable and checked my water softener and set it right to avoid damaging the water heater. I was very pleased abd will use them again. The pricing was fair. They were a bit lower than the other bid I received.

Outstanding people & Outstanding Service

I could not be more pleased with Pando Plumbing. With Chris on dispatch and Austin and Miller at my house all I feel like I really dodged an expensive bullet. I was looking down the barrel of $3000 to repair and upgrade my aging but perfectly fine water heater. Austin and Miller Showed me that all I needed was a $500 repair.

I had Pando Plumbing come out and give me a free quote to replace the wax seal on a leaking toilet drain this morning. Although the receptionist and two plumbers were very cordial, they gave me a quote of $375.00 to do the work. I told them I could get it done cheaper so they left. I called another Plumbing Company and they did the work this afternoon for only $215.00. That's a BIG difference and it was only a 30-minute job, mostly labor. I know where I'll be going for a plumber in the future.

I reached out to Kris there at Pando last week to have her send a plumber to the house to address two troublesome single-handle shower valves. Kris (dispatcher/scheduler) was a pleasure to work with and Taylor and Lee showed up on time yesterday to look at what we had.
Note: I did inform Kris that the one upstairs shower I took care of myself last week (a simple Moen cartridge replacement...) but the downstairs still needed some diagnosis as it was reported that the temperature was hard to adjust, was low flow, and the hot and cold were somehow reversed (?)
A quick diagnosis indicated that the mixer cap and the Kohler pressure balancing unit (PBU) both likely needed replacing and that was going to cost me $465.
Thankfully, Pando Plumbing provides free estimates and that is what I got from them today...a free estimate. C'est la vie. So, I think I'll be doing that parts repair myself as well.
