Joe and his nephew showed up on time (early actually, even better) and did a great job installing 2 new toilets. They brought a better wax ring than the one included in the box, and provided the braided lines so we didn't have to buy them. They took the old ones and didn't charge extra for that. His pricing was fair, and the work was done well - very thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Cleaned up after himself, which wasn't done by a previous company. We will use him again and certainly refer him to friends.

Got a call from our caretaker telling us that we had a leak under the bathroom sink and that water was coming out at a pretty high level. The water got shut off and the water mopped up.
He recommended calling Joe Palomino so I did.
Joe and I played phone tag for a few hours but communicated via voice mail and text and set a time for him to meet our caretaker and fix the issue.
Joe showed up as scheduled and fixed the leak and as requested sent me the bill via text message.
His bill was quite reasonable.
I was relieved and very pleased at this level of service.
Being a ""snowbird "" getting a runaround while not being at our winter home is not unusual, Joe is now our "" go to plumber"" .

So got text. Said they were on vacation so thats the reason no call back. Of course voice mail can be set up to tell people that when they call. But again least they reached out. Still no way to run a business.
