We had Palomino Plumbing finish the installation of our dishwasher line and soap dispenser when Chris Hegarty abandoned completing the job after receiving his payment. Joe and his partner, Phil, came to our home and completed the aforementioned tasks. They also soldered the front and rear water outlets, and fixed a toilet. We discussed replacing shower nozzles in all three bathrooms.

Joe and his coworker Phil were on time, friendly, excellent at their job, reasonably priced, and honest. They followed Covid19 protocols. Joe and Phil have restored our faith in plumbers and we will use them exclusively for our plumbing needs in the future. Highest recommendation.

He was recommended by a neighbor friend. I called and left a message at 9am last week. Waited to later afternoon and with no response, I left another message.
Finally the next day, Upon not getting a phone call, I called another company and they were at my house by noon that day.
Just very disappointed that a business would not even respond.

I emailed Joe Palomino on 5/30/2020 and he responded same day and was at my home on 6/1/2020 to correct the issue. Talk about responsive, fair in price and just an all around good guy.
