Last Friday evening, we had an urgent plumbing issue in our kitchen. After reading countless great Yelp reviews, we contacted Palomar Plumbing and scheduled an appointment for 9 AM the next morning. Palomar Plumbing never showed up, nor did they answer any of our multiple calls, voicemails, or texts. It is now Thursday and we still have not heard anything from them.

I called Javier to come out and investigate a sewer smell in the bathroom. After a thorough investigation, he was able to determine it came from behind the wall of the bathroom cabinet under the sink. Turns out it wasn't a plumbing problem after all but a rat's nest! It had chewed its way in under the siding hidden by the bushes. Javier cleaned it out for me and sealed the outside hole. Thank you Javier for going above and beyond the call of duty! I couldn't ask for better service, and I will definitely be calling Javier for any plumbing needs in the future.

Do not use them, they did work on a house I recently purchased and what they repaired and guaranteed is now leaking. I spoke to one of the owners (Saturday morning 5/23/2020) and he said I needed to call his partner since he did the work. Well no answer from him and now everything goes to voicemail and no call backs 48 hours later from anyone. Blowing off the work they did is no guarantee and no way to do business specifically when it is an emergency repair with the main water line. I called Anderson Plumbing who did great work and has a guarantee as well. I could tell the work Anderson did was of much higher quality. The Anderson repair person even looked for the least expensive pricing they could provide for me.

This guy was great @ Palomar Plumbing. I called after the Kitchen sink was backed up and stinking. I left a message on his phone and he called right back. He drove over within 20 minutes.
I had good timing and he just finished a job in my area. He Snaked the sink several different ways and clog was clear. He was friendly and worked quickly. In about 30 minutes everything was clear, he cleaned up and was gone. The price was Very reasonable. I would call them again in a second, Great work, quick, clean, and thorough Job.

I have used this company many many times for my household plumbing repairs. They have fixed my toilet, my garbage disposal, and my shower. Also did superb work and never had any issues. I trusted these guys. After today, I was highly disappointed. This was my go to company for plumbing. I had scheduled to have someone come out to re-fix a cartridge on my bath tub faucet that this company had been out twice to fix. Once, Fern replaced it and did a nice job. A few months went by and Fernando took out a piece that was left behind from
the prior repair. Two days after Fernando came out, my bathtub faucet started to leak again. I called and scheduled for someone to come out at 430. No problem. I followed up the day of to confirm. Nathan had some issues with his planner or log and asked me to text him my info again. I did so. No response. I texted again at 230ish. No response. I had made a point to work from home to be available only to have a no show appointment. My repairs are supposed to be under warranty, but after today super bummed this company turned out to be flakey.

Out hot water heater went out on us on a Sunday morning and I called a few plumbing companies to come fix it. They were all booked up for three or four days. With a little one in the house,we couldn't wait that long so we called Palomar Plumbing. Javier was at our home to fix the problem within an hour of my call! He was so helpful! He and his son were such a pleasant presence and they got our hot water working within minutes. I am so happy we found them! I would absolutely recommend calling them for any plumbing issues!
