UPDATE: To the owner, you have integrity to offer my money back but I do not accept. The fact is a service was completed and accidents do happen (I make them all the time!). However, your gesture speaks volumes about your integrity and the integrity of your company. For that I say ""thank you!"" In addition, the gentleman who completed the service called me today to convey what you said in response to this Yelp review, the offer of refunding my money. He too is a man of integrity. When I called the night of the leak he told me that he was at a function for his child but that he would come after (around 8PM). That speaks volumes about him and the type of service he wants to provide as well. So, in a nut-shell, accidents do happen and it's how we respond to them that speaks to who we are and I am happy to say this company earned 5 STARS for the response given. You wanted to make it right and you did!


I can't give them 5 stars because they left after installing two new bathroom faucets and four new water valves (total cost for install and the material for valves $20 for each valve) was over 600.00) left a water leak (there was no water leak to begin with, just wanted new faucets) under one of my daughters sinks. I believe they (two men came) were maybe rushed. I made the appointment during the 8:00- 10:00 time frame knowing I needed to leave for work at 11:45. However, they called to tell me they would be 20 minutes later than 10:00. When I first called and asked about faucet install I was quoted $120 per install (I had the faucets) which I thought was well-priced. However, as soon as the plumber looked under the sink he stated that I should get all new valves due to the hard water mineral build-up. I agreed there was build up. However, I was surprised to find out that each valve/install would be $95 and with four valves that quickly adds up. Getting back to my leak. I told the two guys that I needed to leave for 11:45 around 11:20 and they said they would be finished by then. They did leave at 11:45 with me, however, when I arrived home after work I decided to check to make sure all looked well. That is when I noticed the leak under one of the sinks. It was coming from the valve they just installed. I called and left a message for the owner who called me back within an hour (it was after-hours). He was apologetic, stated the same guy would come back that evening (it was 7:30 in the evening) and told me when I used them again to mention this and they would give me a discount.

These guys are awesome! Fernando guided us through what we needed to correct our plumbing problems and did a good job of explaining things...replaced water heater, home water pressure regulator and 2 faucets with valves that had gone bad due to water heater/regulator needing replaced. Easy to schedule appointments, Fernando was right on time for 2 visits and did great work. Will definitely use Palomar Plumbing again for future needs!

Wonderful working with Palomar plumbing and Nathan my hot water heater went out I thought I could fix it big mistake I decided to call Nathan he help me to take care of the situation the heater was under warranty got it replaced thanks to Hirsch Plumbin. All I can say is thank you both. We also use Palomar Plumbing with WASH Multi Family Laundry System for drain and Sewer cleaning excellent service

We've had 3 or 4 repairs done by Palomar Plumbing over the last few years and every single time the guys show up on time, do a great job, and have good prices. They are very clean and professional, and show up when they say they will, unlike a lot of plumbing companies out there! We really want to recognize Fern, who has done the last 2 jobs for us. He is super easy to work with and always goes way above in the quality of his work! We will never call anybody but Palomar Plumbing, and we will always ask for Fern!

Fernando came out to investigate a leak at our back-flow / pressure regulator where they did work last year. A copper union had become loose but we did not see the wet area until the recent rains had stopped, so we gave Palomar a call. Fernando came out the next morning and fixed the problem... awesome!!

Without any question - 5 stars all around! Called Palomar Saturday morning and they were out that afternoon to repair an external faucet - in the wind and rain! Fern was awesome...on time, thorough, quick and top notch customer service. One thing I really appreciated is Palomar gave me a quote over the phone...none of this it cost this much to come out and give an estimate, then if you use us we will apply the estimate to our cost if you use us. Palomar is our new plumber hands down.
