We just moved into our ""new"" old home in Escondido. A few weeks in and we found weird water leaks in our garage around 9am on Saturday. I called Palomar Plumbing and Nate answered his phone right away, and to my surprise said they'd be over in 10 minutes! Sure enough they showed up promptly, were super friendly, and honest with us. They were also fast-- especially on a weekend afternoon! We had 6 (SIX!) leaks fixed on some copper pipes in our garage, and they were done in under an hour. I will be keeping their info and using them for years to come, I'm sure. I highly suggest Nate and Palomar Plumbing for your plumbing needs in and around Escondido!

I have used the services of Palomar Plumbing for the past 4 years. Nathan and his staff are extremely skilled and prompt in attending the calls. They are come right on the appointment time without delays. The quality of their service is best in the business when I compare to past 20 years. I am very glad that I have a reliable plumbing company taking care of my needs. The staff do not mess around and get to solve the problem right away. These guys were great. Appointments were easy and Sam showed up on time and was very courteous. He gave me a complete estimate right away, honored the yelp discount without issue and jumped right in. Everything was installed expeditiously and very professional. Sam (and company) exceeded my expectations when there was a delivery issue with the kitchen faucet. The faucet was expected to be delivered in the morning and was not there when Sam was complete with everything else. He graciously offered to return once he did some smaller jobs in the area and would install it then at no additional cost. Sam called later that day to insure the faucet had shown up (which it had) and he came over and took care of the installation. I am very happy with this company and will do business with them in the future. It has been a few weeks now and everything is working great. Thanks again!

Fernando literally saved the day and is enthusiastic to fix the issue! Palomar Plumbing is now our first and only plumbing service that we want working on our home! The long;
Where to start? Saturday night I discovered a slow leaking water heater in the house we had lived in for just over a year. I called Palomar Plumbing around 9:30pm and Nate answered right away. I had already shut off the water and drained the heater to avoid any more damage. They were willing to come out Saturday night but since we were in no dire need (and I was tired) we set up a time Sunday morning for them to come out.

Sunday morning they arrived on-time and were very courteous. They pulled the old water heater down as I was tearing out all of the old, wet, drywall. Nate gave me a few options on how to proceed (different water heaters, brands, types, and installation methods) and we made a decision. They quoted me an extremely reasonable price for removal of the old heater, a new one and all of the parts/pieces needed, setting it up temporarily and then coming back again to place it permanently when I had finished the restoration. They disposed of the old water heater and came back shortly with a new, made-in-America (very important to me), water heater (and even offered to bring me back lunch since I would be working in the garage trying to get all of the old drywall out).

When they got back they set up the new, self maintaining, water heater on the ground temporarily while I went through the process of repairing the water damage. Once finished they even offered to take all of the demo material from the wet stuff I had bagged up so that it wouldn't fill my cans. They even fixed the copper drain line that was in a weird place for no additional charge just to make sure it was done right.

After repairing the damaged area I called them back (the following Friday) and made arrangements for them to come out to re-place the water heater in the permanent location. They arrived a little early (always a plus) and installed it right where I wanted it, and cleaned up behind themselves like they had never come.

Great, excellent, outstanding service! I have never dealt with any plumber (or other small outfit, for that matter) that was this prompt, courteous, helpful and fair.

Nathan answered the phone in the morning on a Saturday and coordinated a one hour window when his partner, Sam, would get here. Our plumbing issue was that we did not have hot water through the whole house. I asked other plumbers and they recommended replacing the whole water heater and we were expecting that, but I wanted a reputable plumber to come out. Sam came out right on time and I discussed the issues and he explained that it was the water nipples coming out of the water heater. Total cost to replace both was $165 and he spent about an hour here and completed the job replacing both. Plus, I mentioned I heard of them from Yelp and because I was a first time customer I saved 20% so my bill came to $132. Very happy, Nathan and his team are professional, timely, respectful, honest, and fair. If there are any further plumbing issues at my house I will be using Palomar Plumbing. I highly recommend them.

Nathan is fantastic. He is the owner. I had a great first experience. Nathan installed 3 toilets for me at a very fair price. He cleaned up his work in each restroom as well!

He arrived when he said he was going to arrive. He was friendly, expedient and did very good work. Nathan is absolutely reliable and my plumber of choice. He will be doing my tankless water heater flush this week and I am happy to have someone that can utilize a team of people to accommodate a reasonable schedule and accomplish great work.

Great experience with Palomar Plumbing. Nathan and Fernando are professional and reliable. We had a leak in our home and Fernando came super quick after our initial call to take a look at the issue. He walked us through our options and gave us his professional opinion. We decided to permanently fix the issue and have Fernando repipe our house and he was awesome. He's a very hard worker and worked all day throughout the 3-4 days there. He also installed our new water heater. Whole team is friendly, honest and knowledgable. Highly recommend them!

Called Palomar Plumbing because of a leaking shut off valve. Asked to have all the shutoff valves replaced (10) because during the home inspection it was pointed out in the report.
Fern showed up right on time and replaced all the valves; I also asked him to check a leak under the kitchen sink and he found a loose connection - no charge just tightened it up.
Before he left he was checking all my faucets and found a shower valve leaking -- it's the 2nd bath and we just moved in and weren't aware of the problem. He went to the supply house and got a new valve -- he saved us and our downstairs neighbor!
His work was top notch and he worked quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend and we are having Palomar Plumbing back when we do our bathroom over.
