Palomar plumbing was on time and communicated with me. But to fix my leak they wanted to charge me 2500 dollars.they said to access the pipe they would have to remove my bathtub. I called VIP plumbing for second opinion they fixed my problem for 160 dollars it is been 2 weeks and there's not 1 problem with fix the VIP did.

I have used Palomar twice. The first was just a shot in the dark and I had a great experience with a water leak fix.

The second was a true emergency - drain cleanout overflow with water gushing into my laundry room and leaking down to the neighbor's condo on the weekend!

I called Palomar not knowing where else to turn to, and everybody said ""you can't get a plumber on the weekend.."" Nathan White the owner answered, and when I described the situation (I could tell he was at home with his family) he said, ""i'll be right there""

20 minutes later, in he comes, and fixes the issue and unclogged my sink, and even helped me install a really difficult valve stem I was having a tough time with. All for a VERY reasonable rate - I was just overwhelmed at the service.

Forget the commercials you hear, nothing screams customer service like the real thing. Palomar ALL THE WAY!

We needed our galvanized water pipe (which runs under our driveway) replaced with copper. After getting estimates from 3 companies and talking on the phone with several others we chose to have Nathan at Palomar Plumbing do the job. His estimate was actually the highest of the 3, but we felt the most confidence in Nathan.
The job was initially estimated to take 10 to 12 hours, however Nathan and his associate (sorry, can't remember his name) worked feverishly to dig up the old pipe and actually finished the job in less than 4 hours. Palomar Plumbing also guarantees their work for 1 year (in writing). That provided much needed peace of mind.
Next time we need plumbing work done, we'll call Palomar Plumbing first .

They did a great job. They were professional and reasonable and showed up when they were supposed to. i have used them several times and always been satisfied. I am a Realtor as well and refer them to my clients. My firend has several rental properties and she has had great experiences wiht them as well. The owner is very considerate as well. I will be using them again and referring them out.

This guy stood me up for two appointments, 500 hundred dollars in lost wages for two no shows...

I used Nathan, the owner before so when my bathroom suddenly had an odor that made use of the bathroom unbearable I called him. Wasn't even sure if it was a plumbing issue, but after a morning call - he arrived that afternoon when he said and fixed the problem. He is always prompt, clean, and knows his business. He is happy to show me what the problem is and his prices I believe are very fair - although I really don't look any further. I'm always thrilled to find people with integrity - so glad I called him!

Looked through ads for plumber on Craigslist and called several, with no return call. Found Palomar Plumbing and dialed it up. After a few rings Nathan answered the phone. Conversation was short and to the point - I needed hallway toilet unclogged. I needed him to come the next day in the afternoon and he agreed and said ""see you then"". A nice plumbing truck entered our driveway a few minutes before scheduled time. The promptness was a surprise for sure!

Nathan introduces himself as the owner and we proceeded to the problem toilet. After a few minutes trying to clear blockage, he determined the toilet needed to come out to fix whatever was in there. After about 15 minutes, he returned to show me a fake baby bottle one of my little ones lodged in the pipes. Problem fixed.

Overall, fantastic service, friendly guy. Very fair price. Left everything cleaner than when he arrived. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend! Thanks!

He responds to calls immediately - even on the weekends and guarantees his work. He is extremely clean while working and even takes off his shoes when walking on carpeted areas! He doesn't believe in using cheap parts or cutting corners - he is a top notch professional!
