TERRIBLE.... DO NOT USE THEM!!! Called this company to service my Backflow and was told they'd get back to me at the end of the week.... Nothing! 8 days later I get another email... they'll be out at the end of the week! R u fukn STUPID? No morons... your fired! Don't waste your time with this company... awful people!

Been using these guys since 2020. They are fast, reliable, courteous and very reasonably priced. They also did a replacement of our metal backflow cage and gave us a great deal on that as well. I text them when I get the letter from the City. They do the job, forward the test report to the city and send me the invoice. Couldn't be more painless. I highly recommend them!

We received our back flow notice with a 48 hour completion window (my fault). Robin from Palomar was probably one of the nicest, most helpful and patient people I've done business with in a long time. She was quick, informative, and got our testing done on the same day!
