Fast professional service. I called because I received a notice from Rincon Water to have my water meter tested and was referred to Palomar Backflow by my neighbor. They sent someone out the same day I called. The technician was friendly and courteous enough to explain the purpose of the test and why it's important for homeowners. A major factor I went with them is their price for service...I called a couple other companies and they were charging significantly more for a 5 minute job.

So if you get one of those letters, Palomar Backflow is the go-to guys for the job.

The past two years we did not comply right away with the letter from our water district giving us 30 days to have our backflow tested, it got to the point we were getting threatened to get our water shut off- stupid on our part for not just taking care of it. However both times I called Palomar Backflow and they sent someone out that day did the tests and took care of the communication with the water district to let them know it was taken care of. Needless to say we got the letter again today, I called this morning - They will be here this afternoon. Best customer service, great employees.
